mirror the essence of our distinguished hospitality and elevate the guest experience to

new heights. In an era where seamless online interactions are paramount, we aspire to

craft a digital masterpiece that embodies the elegance, functionality, and allure

synonymous with our brand.

The scope should contain the following elements:

• List the key features and functionalities the website will have.

• Clearly define what is included in the project and what is not (out of scope).

technologies, and methodologies that will be used to achieve the project objectives.

The methodology should contain the following elements:

• Define the specific methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to be used in the

project.

• Explain why the chosen methodology suits the project's needs and objectives.

• Outline the distinct phases/stages of the project (e.g., Planning, Design, Development,

Testing, Launch).

• Briefly describe key activities/tasks in each phase to provide clarity.

• Define roles within the team (e.g., project manager, developers, designers, content
