M AVENUE - Marrakesh
Bouskoura Golf City is a residential and tourist complex from the Prestigia brand.
The program covers a total area of over 220 hectares and includes apartments,
luxury villas, commercial premises and a Club House on the golf course.
The project comprises:
• section 1: 224 villas over 80,000 sqm;
• section 2: 46 villas over 15,993 sqm;
• section 3:153 apartments over 39,300 sqm;
• section 4: 99 apartments over 22,436 sqm;
• section 5: 108 apartments on 22,717 sqm;
• a commercial center « ACIMA » on a total area over 3 624 sqm;
• a Club House over 4,028 sqm;
• 136 villas in the forest city on 37,765 sqm.

OUR MAJOR PROJECTS
Located 10 km away from the city center, Tangier’s grand stadium has a seating
capacity of 45,000 including the following realizations:
• an athletics track;
• multicolored bleachers.
The size and scope of the project, as well as its location, represented a technical
challenge and make this completed project an impressive work of art.
The project for the new Casa Port station is part of a vast infrastructure construction
and modernization program designed to better meet the requirements of ONCF
customers and convey a modern image of Morocco.
The new station replaces the old building, and is designed to accommodate almost
10 million passengers a year, with 5,000 passengers per peak hour. A connection
to the city’s future RER (suburban rail) is also planned.
The new station has a total covered area of around 33,500 sqm, including:
• a 3,500 sqm commercial and office building (ground floor+6) with two 1,000 sqm
technical basements;
• a 3 800 sqm esplanade;
• a 7,000 sqm covered first floor;
• 355 sqm of counters;
• 650 sqm of retail space;
• a 1st basement converted into a shopping arcade of around 8,400 sqm;
• 2nd and 3rd basements of 15,500 sqm.

As part of the Kingdom’s health sector development policy, the Agadir University
Hospital is currently being built on a 30-hectare site, offering:
• a covered floor area of 130,000 sqm;
• a 1,000-space parking lot;
• a capacity of 864 beds;
• a multi-disciplinary hospital:
– mother and child (maternity unit);
– technical facilities (radiology, scanner, MRI); - hospitalization;
– EMS service, RMC.
• a boarding school.

The Tangier - Casablanca high-speed line project involves the construction of 200 km of double track
from Tangier to Kenitra, enabling a maximum speed of around 350 km/h.
The new line is designed according to the TSI (Technical Specifications for Interoperability) standards
applied by European and international networks.
TGCC was commissioned to build the following elements:
• 2 booms 400 m long; - 4 road bridges;
• 5 rail bridges;
• 1 footbridge;
• 8 hydraulic structures (scuppers).
Contracting authority: Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF, Moroccan National Railways company).
The new Rabat Agdal station project will consolidate the urban development of
the country’s capital, with 23,000 sqm of buildings dedicated to passengers. A
58,000 sqm outdoor area with green spaces, footpaths, fountains and playgrounds.
The new station is being built to the highest quality standards and also includes:
• office and commercial spaces;
• a level dedicated to cafés and restaurants;
• a 12,000 sqm pedestrian esplanade covering the railroad line, with 6 platforms
400 sqm long and 10 tracks;
• parking for 800 vehicles with a surface area of 34,000 sqm;
• VIP lounges.

OUR MAJOR PROJECTS
As part of the Bouregreg valley development plan, the tower project aims to rehabilitate and promote
the banks of the river and provide a pleasant place to live for the people of Rabat. With the aim to
fully respecting the quality of the environment, the Mohammed 6 Tower has been awarded HQE and
LEED GOLD certifications, which aim to improve the project’s design and limit its environmental
impact as much as possible.
With a height of 250 m, the Tower has 51 floors (50 habitable floors topped by a mezzanine and a
roof where technical equipment, a warehouse and two gondolas are located), distributed as follows:
• offices: ground floor to R+13;
• apartments: from R+14 to R+28 and from R+47 to R+50;
• hotel: R+29 to R+46.
The project also includes a plinth building at the center of which stands a tower for public use,
including a conference center, restaurants, spa and a swimming pool. The tower and plinth share
the underground level, which houses a 629-space parking lot, 26 bicycle/motorcycle spaces in the
basement and 63 spaces on the ground floor.

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (Agence
Nationale de la Conservation Foncière du Cadastre et de la Cartographie) is the
largest administrative headquarters in Africa. Covering an area of 80,000 sqm,
it is located in Hay Riad, Rabat, and comprises seven towers ranging from
7 to 15 floors with two basements, distributed as follows:
• tower 1: Head office;
• tower 2: land registry;
• tower 3: Cartography direction;
• tower 4: human resources direction;
• tower 5: Logistics and General Affairs direction;
• tour 6: Cadastre direction;
• tower 7: finance and treasury direction;
• a central thoroughfare consisting mainly of a conference room and parking
areas parking on two basements is included in the project.
