OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE DIRECTION

Operational Performance direction is led by a building engineer with 20 years of


experience in operational project management. The role of the direction is to collaborate
with stakeholders to lead the project budget process and establish rigorous and reliable
financial follow-up of projects, including monthly and quarterly financial reports. The
direction is composed of a team of specialized engineers with extensive experience in
technical, financial, and operational aspects. The team uses ERP - Divalto and Easy BTP
analysis tools to master all technical and financial data of the projects.

ANFA PLACE - Casablanca

AnfaPlace is located in the heart of Casablanca on the boulevard de la corniche


(Aïn Diab). It covers an area of 9.3 hectares.
The site includes high-standard housing, a luxury Four Seasons hotel, shopping
areas, offices, leisure facilities and financial clubs. The project includes:
• A
 nfaPlace Shopping Center: 36,000 sqm of stores, restaurants and leisure
facilities, plus a large parking lot;
• AnfaPlace Business Center: over 16,000 sqm of fully-equipped, open-plan office
space;
• AnfaPlace Living Center: featuring a 234-room luxury hotel, a conference center,
104 tourist apartments and 260 luxury apartments, etc.

M AVENUE - Marrakesh

M Avenue is a 110,000 sqm project with a 500-meter-long avenue linking the


Jardins de la Ménara to the Palais des Congrès, running alongside the Four
Seasons.
The project includes:
• 96 luxury Four Seasons apartments;
• 18,000 sqm of retail space;
• a 174-room Pestana CR7 hotel;
• 2 restaurants;
• a business center;
• a spa;
• 3,000 sqm of office space;

BOUSKOURA GOLF CITY - Bouskoura

Bouskoura Golf City is a residential and tourist complex from the Prestigia brand.
The program covers a total area of over 220 hectares and includes apartments,
luxury villas, commercial premises and a Club House on the golf course.
The project comprises:
• section 1: 224 villas over 80,000 sqm;
• section 2: 46 villas over 15,993 sqm;
• section 3:153 apartments over 39,300 sqm;
• section 4: 99 apartments over 22,436 sqm;
• section 5: 108 apartments on 22,717 sqm;
• a commercial center « ACIMA » on a total area over 3 624 sqm;

EXTENSION OF TERMINAL 1 AT MOHAMMED V


AIRPORT - Nouaceur

The projetc to extend Mohammed V aisrport’sTerminal 1 also includes redevelopment


of the old terminal building, with a rework of all trades of the public lobby
(12,000 sqm) and a three-level extension zone (42,000 sqm).
This new extension will enable Mohammed V airport to double the number of
passengers it handles.

TANGER STADIUM - Tangier

Located 10 km away from the city center, Tangier’s grand stadium has a seating
capacity of 45,000 including the following realizations:
• an athletics track;
• multicolored bleachers.
The size and scope of the project, as well as its location, represented a technical
challenge and make this completed project an impressive work of art.

STADIUM EXTENSION - Tangier

This contract covers the construction of an extension to Tangier’s main stadium,


including the following trades:
• structural works;
• structural steelwork;
• waterproofing;
• floor and wall coverings;
• false ceilings;
• aluminum, metal and wood joinery;
• painting;
• exterior fittings;
• electricity (high current, low current);
• fluids.

CASA PORT TRAIN STATION - Casablanca

The project for the new Casa Port station is part of a vast infrastructure construction
and modernization program designed to better meet the requirements of ONCF
customers and convey a modern image of Morocco.
The new station replaces the old building, and is designed to accommodate almost
10 million passengers a year, with 5,000 passengers per peak hour. A connection
to the city’s future RER (suburban rail) is also planned.
The new station has a total covered area of around 33,500 sqm, including:
• a 3,500 sqm commercial and office building (ground floor+6) with two 1,000 sqm
technical basements;
• a 3 800 sqm esplanade;
• a 7,000 sqm covered first floor;
• 355 sqm of counters;
• 650 sqm of retail space;
• a 1st basement converted into a shopping arcade of around 8,400 sqm;
• 2nd and 3rd basements of 15,500 sqm.

TANGER CITY CENTER - Tangier

Tanger City Center is a 236,443 sqm complex in the center of Tangier, on


the city’s main boulevard, right next to the sea. It is a major multifunctional
project comprising:
• 800 apartments;
• 2 four- and five-star hotels with a total accommodation capacity of around
1,500 beds;
• 10,151 sqm of office space;
• a 32,000 sqm shopping center.
The project involves the construction of several high-rise buildings, requiring
the deployment of appropriate equipment and the application of precise
procedures.

Located in the heart of Marrakech, in the Guéliz district, on a total area of


98,500 sqm, Carré Eden is a multifunctional center comprising:

supermarket and a traditional market;

AGADIR UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL - Agadir

As part of the Kingdom’s health sector development policy, the Agadir University
Hospital is currently being built on a 30-hectare site, offering:
• a covered floor area of 130,000 sqm;
• a 1,000-space parking lot;
• a capacity of 864 beds;
• a multi-disciplinary hospital:
– mother and child (maternity unit);
– technical facilities (radiology, scanner, MRI); - hospitalization;
– EMS service, RMC.

GRAND THEATRE - Casablanca

The « Grand Théâtre de Casablanca » project is part of the Kingdom’s cultural


and tourism development strategy, particularly in the Greater Casablanca region.
In addition to showcasing national and international works and performances,
CasArts aims to become a genuine lever for artistic development by promoting
local creations and cooperating with other Moroccan and foreign cultural
spaces and players.
The project covers a total area of 24,000 sqm in the heart of Casablanca’s
historic district, in the extension of Place Mohammed V, and comprises 8 levels
including:
• a 1,800-seat auditorium;
• a 600-seat theater;
• a 450-seat music hall
• a rehearsal hall;
• an artists’ village with dressing rooms and technical facilities;
• commercial spaces;
• office space.

HIGH-SPEED LINE MAINTENANCE


WORKSHOP/FACTORY - Tangier

The main task of the Tangier High-Speed Line maintenance workshop is to


service a fleet of 30 latest-generation high-speed trains.
This project, which is the only one of its kind in Africa, covers an area of
12,5 ha, including 1,7 ha of covered surface and 10,8 ha of outdoor facilities
(parking lot, green spaces, tracks, etc.).

HIGH-SPEED LINE - Rabat

The Tangier - Casablanca high-speed line project involves the construction of 200 km of double track
from Tangier to Kenitra, enabling a maximum speed of around 350 km/h.
The new line is designed according to the TSI (Technical Specifications for Interoperability) standards
applied by European and international networks.
TGCC was commissioned to build the following elements:
• 2 booms 400 m long; - 4 road bridges;
• 5 rail bridges;
• 1 footbridge;
• 8 hydraulic structures (scuppers).
Contracting authority: Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF, Moroccan National Railways company).

RABAT AGDAL STATION - TGV - Rabat

The new Rabat Agdal station project will consolidate the urban development of
the country’s capital, with 23,000 sqm of buildings dedicated to passengers. A
58,000 sqm outdoor area with green spaces, footpaths, fountains and playgrounds.
The new station is being built to the highest quality standards and also includes:
• office and commercial spaces;
• a level dedicated to cafés and restaurants;
• a 12,000 sqm pedestrian esplanade covering the railroad line, with 6 platforms
400 sqm long and 10 tracks;
• parking for 800 vehicles with a surface area of 34,000 sqm;
• VIP lounges.

MOHAMED VI TOWER - Rabat

As part of the Bouregreg valley development plan, the tower project aims to rehabilitate and promote
the banks of the river and provide a pleasant place to live for the people of Rabat. With the aim to
fully respecting the quality of the environment, the Mohammed 6 Tower has been awarded HQE and
LEED GOLD certifications, which aim to improve the project’s design and limit its environmental
impact as much as possible.
With a height of 250 m, the Tower has 51 floors (50 habitable floors topped by a mezzanine and a
roof where technical equipment, a warehouse and two gondolas are located), distributed as follows:
• offices: ground floor to R+13;
• apartments: from R+14 to R+28 and from R+47 to R+50;
• hotel: R+29 to R+46.
The project also includes a plinth building at the center of which stands a tower for public use,
including a conference center, restaurants, spa and a swimming pool. The tower and plinth share
the underground level, which houses a 629-space parking lot, 26 bicycle/motorcycle spaces in the
basement and 63 spaces on the ground floor.

HEAD OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY


FOR LAND CONSERVATION, CADASTRE
AND CARTOGRAPHY - Rabat

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (Agence
Nationale de la Conservation Foncière du Cadastre et de la Cartographie) is the
largest administrative headquarters in Africa. Covering an area of 80,000 sqm,
it is located in Hay Riad, Rabat, and comprises seven towers ranging from
7 to 15 floors with two basements, distributed as follows:
• tower 1: Head office;
• tower 2: land registry;
• tower 3: Cartography direction;
• tower 4: human resources direction;
• tower 5: Logistics and General Affairs direction;
• tour 6: Cadastre direction;
• tower 7: finance and treasury direction;
• a central thoroughfare consisting mainly of a conference room and parking
areas parking on two basements is included in the project.
