    SIR / MADAM:

    The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will be holding


    th
    its 17 National Convention/Seminar on April 16 to 18, 2013 at Baguio Convention
    Center, Governor Pack Road, Baguio City.

    The registration fee of said Convention is pegged at P3,000.00 exclusive of


    transportation expenses and Accommodation.

    In connection therewith, the following Sheriffs through their President of the


    Regional Trial Court of Aklan would like to solicit from your office financial
    assistance to enable us to attend the said National Convention.

    Attach herewith is the copy of the circular for your information and guidance.
    We hope that you will give this humble request a favorable consideration.
