Feel the breath flowing naturally in and out of your body and imagine your breath

flowing in and out through your heart. Tap gently on the side of your hand and
imagine all stress leaving your body. Tap on the top of your head, then on your
eyebrow point, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, under the mouth,
collarbone point, under the arm, and the side of your hand as all stress and
tension now leaves your body. Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your
heart and slow your breathing down to six seconds per in breath and six seconds per
out breath. Breathing in six seconds, breathing out six seconds.

Relax your tongue completely on the floor of your mouth. And imagine the volume of
space inside your feet, inside your hands, inside your whole body. Imagine the
volume of space between your eyes and notice how relaxed your tongue is on the
floor of your mouth as you breathe through your heart six seconds in and six
seconds out. Imagine a huge beam of love and light pouring in through the top of
your head. This is the universe’s love for you.

Life energy pouring in every moment, filling your body, mind and energy field.

Tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth, big empty space between your eyes,
breathing in six seconds, breathing out six seconds as the flow of energy from the
universe pours in through the top of your head. Imagine that flow energizing all of
your body’s energy centers, especially your heart. Notice the color of your heart
energy and now send a beam of that energy to a person or a place that makes you
feel wonderful. Enfold that person or place with your heart energy beam and feel
all the compassion and love that connects you with that person or place.

Tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth, big empty space between your eyes,
breathing six seconds in, six seconds out, and now expand that heart energy to
embrace every single atom in the universe. Imagine your heart energy radiating out
from your heart to send love and compassion to every single atom in the universe.

Tongue relaxed on the floor of your mouth, big empty space between your eyes,
breathing through your heart in six seconds and out six seconds as your heart
energy radiates out to connect with every single atom in the universe.

Now narrow your heart energy focus again to just that one person or place that
makes you feel wonderful. And now detach your heart energy beam from that person or
place and bring it completely back inside your own body. Feel how good your heart
center feels right now. Feel how peaceful your mind is right now. Feel the positive
emotions flooding through your energy field right now. Gratitude, love, compassion,
and joy. As you feel those positive emotions notice how strong they are in this
moment.

Now practice doubling the strength of that feeling. Feel that feeling in your
emotional, spiritual, and energy body and now double that feeling and intensity.
Make it twice as strong so you’re now feeling twice as much gratitude, twice as
much love, twice as much compassion, twice as much joy. Imagine filling your whole
energy field with positive emotion. Now imagine your energy field resonating with
these qualities of emotion everywhere in the universe. As your local feeling of
gratitude, love, compassion, and joy resonates with all the nonlocal gratitude,
compassion, love, and joy anywhere and everywhere in the universe. Your local
experience of positive emotion now resonates with nonlocal experience of positive
emotion as you are one with the positive emotion of the universe. Double this
feeling in intensity as you feel your entire energy field glowing with positive,
inspired emotion.

The enlightenment circuit of your brain is now fully lit up, resonating with all
the enlightenment in the universe. Affirm with me.
The enlightenment emotion in my brain now resonates with all the enlightenment
emotion in the universe. The enlightenment emotion in me resonates with all the
enlightenment emotion in the universe. My local positive experience resonates with
nonlocal positive experience anywhere and everywhere in the universe.

I now choose to intensify my positive emotions, reinforced by the positive emotions


throughout the universe as they fill my life and the life of everywhere. They fill
my local life, they fill nonlocal life. I immerse myself and intensify these
positive emotions.

Feel the breath flowing in and out through your heart and notice the big empty
space between your eyes. Notice how relaxed your tongue is on the floor of your
mouth. Tap gently on the side of your hand with the fingertips of the other hand.
Affirm with me.
I feel good. I choose to feel good. I choose to release my suffering and activate
my brain’s enlightenment circuit. I intensify the experience of positive emotion I
have in meditation. In this meditation and in every mediation I intensify the
positive experience in my life, in this moment, and always.

Tap on the top of your head, “Intensify.”

Tap where your eyebrow meets the bridge of your nose, “Intensify.”

Tap on the side of your eye, “Intensify.”

Tap under your eye, “Intensify.”

Tap under your nose, “Intensify.”

Tap on your chin, “Intensify.”

Tap where your collarbone meetings your breastbone, “Intensify.”

Tap under your armpit, “Intensify.”

And tap one last time on the side of your hand and say with me.

I now choose to intensify the meditative experience and to activate my brain’s


enlightenment circuit every day.

Stop tapping. Feel the breath flowing in and out of your heart and with the next
three breaths prepare to return your attention back to the present moment, back to
your environment. With the third breath open your eyes, look around you with soft
eyes and notice any square red object in your environment, notice any oblong blue
object in your environment, and welcome yourself back to your physical body, the
here and now, feeling wonderful, feeling at peace, and feeling your joy. Knowing
that in every meditation you can intensify the meditative experience.
