1. Jr. Hydrology Engineer

Managing water resources, designing, and implementing hydrological systems, and ensuring environmental
compliance. This position requires a deep understanding of hydrology in the mining context, strong problem-
solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.This position will lead hydrology-
related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation as well conduct hydrological modeling
and analysis to forecast water inflow, plan dewatering activities, and manage water-related risks.
Requirements:
 Minimum bachelor’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineer, or a related field.
 Minimum 2 years of experience in hydrology engineering, with a significant portion in open pit mining
environments.
 Strong knowledge of hydrological modeling tools and software.
 Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
2. Senior Hydrology Engineer

3. Jr. Mine Engineer
Develop and optimize short-term and long-term mine plans, including pit and dump designs, production scheduling,
and haulage optimization. This position will actively collaborate with the construction team during the mine's
construction phase, providing essential engineering support, aligning mining plans with construction activities, and
ensuring project milestones are met. Coordinating and overseeing drilling andblasting activities, ensuring alignment
with construction schedules and overall mine planning .
Requirements:
 Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mining engineering.
 Minimum of 1,5 years of experience in mining engineering, with a strong background in mine planning and
construction.
 Having direct or indirect experience in drill & blast operations is highly preferred.
4. Mine Engineer
Develop and optimize short-term and long-term mine plans, including pit and dump designs, production scheduling,
and haulage optimization. This position will actively collaborate with the construction team during the mine's

 Proficiency in Ms. Office and other mine plan software such as Vulcan, Surpac etc.
 Certified Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) is an advantage.
 Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
 Product and commodity knowledge and price indices.
5. Jr. Geotechnical Engineer

Perform geotechnical assessment, engineering review, reporting and present to the relevant parties. Perform
periodic inspection to ensure the work at mining area and or outer mining, infrastructure etc. as scheduled and
provide technical recommendation as required and ensuring the field implementation, and provide geotechnical
support and response to any emergency call instantly.
Develop and maintain project list and geotechnical database risk evaluation at areas (provide geotechnical risk map
and provide recommendation for critical areas).
To maintain communication internal & external parties who include auditors, consultant, and authorities in regard
with geotechnical issues to ensure the recommendation are effectively communicated and implemented.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in geology, mine or civil engineering discipline, with minimum GPA 2.76 (scale 4.0). Specify
geotechnical course/paper/thesis is prefer.
 Minimum 18 (eighteen) months experience in any field, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
 Computer Software – Geotechnical design software (Slope/W).
6. Procurement Analyst
Prepare and proceed the tender to source services within the targeted service level. Tender process shall comply to
the PT Vale Indonesia Procurement Norm, meet with customer requirement at the optimal cost. Establish a good
communication between users and suppliers, prepare and control tender process and documentations to achieve
the most effective process, and ensure that all processes are comply within PT Vale Indonesia ethical and
business conduct.
Requirements:
 Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
 Minimum 3 years working experience in related field, preferably experience in project management.
 Knowledge and Experiences in Project Management would be an advantage.
 Excellent skill in Excel and Access with good understanding on ERP-SAP.
 Negotiation and supply contract development skills.
