1. HVAC TECHNICIAN (20 POSTS)

Job Summary:
The HVAC Mechanic will install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
(HVAC) systems.

Job requirements
i. A National youth service Graduate with a Passports
ii. NVCET Artisan in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent
required/Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship required.
iii. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished correctly
and safely.
iv. Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
v. Ability to use power and hand tools.
vi. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Removing old systems
• Installing new systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Meeting local HVAC codes

QUALIFICATIONS
• National Youth Service graduate preferably female.
• A craft certificate in housekeeping or any hospitality related courses
2. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (20 POSTS)

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment who Ensures
that all tasks are performed in accordance with local Environmental, Safety & Health directives.
Addresses customer concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner and Captures
data on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms.

Job requirements

i. A National youth service Graduate with a Passports


ii. Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Craft Certificate in Electrical And
Electronics Engineering/ Artisan in electrical wireman grade I or II or any electrician
related course.
iii. Exhibits superior workmanship and focuses on a quality end product
iv. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished correctly
and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Troubleshoots electrical issues
• Inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components
• Conducts general electrical maintenance
• Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams
• Labels system components
• Works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring

3. PLUMBERS (15 POSTS)

Job Summary:
Maintains and repairs pipes systems, plumbing fixtures, and appurtenances. Installs, tests,
troubleshoots, and repairs pipe systems designed to conduct the flow of water, sewage, and
industrial wastes.

Job requirements

i. A National youth service Graduate with a Passports


ii. A Craft Certificate in Plumbing /Artisan in Plumber Pipe Fitter Grade I or II
iii. Self-driven with an eye for details
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain and keep all automatic flushing valves operational
• Maintain and clean all fat traps within the kitchen areas
• Ensure regular maintenance and chemicals are used for cleaning existing soil and stack pipes
• Ensure all roof level ventilation vent pipes and roof rainwater outlets are kept clear at all
times
• Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related
materials
• Identify required tools and special equipment and select the type and size of pipe required
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
• Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
• Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs,
toilets, water heaters and conditioners

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills


• Must possess good personal hygiene and dress in a very proper manner
• must be physically and medically fit
4. CIVIL TECHNICIANS (15 POSTS)

Job Summary:
The civil technician is to perform maintenance and repair duties, walls and marbles including
grouting. He will be responsible for the completion of other services or duties as requested by
the Civil Supervisor

Job requirements

i. A National youth service Graduate.


ii. A Diploma or craft certificate in Building and construction, Civil engineering or masonry
iii. Keen on details
iv. Flexible and swift

Duties and Responsibilities


• To carry out all masonry work within the confines of the hotel on walls, floors or any other
items as directed.
• To perform repairs to wall plaster and renderings.
• To perform repair work in interior and exterior building walls.
• To carry out erection work of new walls and demolition work of existing walls as directed by
the supervisor.
• To carry out repairs on existing wall and floor tile work and to lay new tiles as instructed.
• Responds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and Safety
• Ensures environmentally friendly practices are followed when handling chemicals, paints,
varnishes, strippers, and other finishing products
• Responds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintains and repairs all civil works
• Ensures the optimum condition and appearance all civil and finishes by following the
preventive maintenance program
• Evaluates and appropriately responds to equipment usage
Completes all work orders with due diligence

5. MEP TECHNICIANS (15 POSTS)

Job Summary:

The job role involves providing fantastic customer service and delivery of MEP and AC related
tasks. Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing electrical systems for villas and
residential apartments.

Job requirements

i. A National youth service Graduate with a Passports


ii. Diploma or Technically certified in the field of MEP
iii. Knowledge of HVAC systems.
iv. Strong Understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
v. Experience delivering MEP services to customers
vi. Strong background working with a reactive maintenance company
vii. Strong client engagement and customer service skills
viii. Strong time management skills
ix. Ability to work independently
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform regular maintenance work on AC system
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical Defects and malfunction
• Install, replace or repair equipment on parts damage on AC system
• PPM for HVAC
• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing of new compressor, AC leakage
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Electrical system for villas and
residential apartments.
• Knowledge of DB modification and providing solution for electrical issues
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical malfunction, power tripping and power outage
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Plumbing system, water tank, pump,
sump pit system
• Diagnose leakage and blockage understanding the drainage and water supply system
• PPM for plumbing system
• Knowledge in plumbing system parts and accessories
• Installing water tank, water heater and all relevant plumbing works
• Minor carpentry work, painting job, gypsum installation access hatch

6. ASSISTANT TECHNICIANS (25 POSTS)

Job Summary:

An Assistant Technician specializing in Airfield Lighting Systems provides technical support


and assistance in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment used for
airfield lighting systems. This role involves working closely with senior technicians to
perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the proper functioning of
lighting systems for aviation safety.

Job requirements

i. A National youth service Graduate with a Passports


ii. A diploma/craft certificate or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or related
field.
iii. Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring basics.
iv. Familiarity with airfield lighting practices and standards (e.g., ICAO, FAA).
v. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
vi. Physical stamina and dexterity to work in outdoor environments and high altitudes.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Assist in the installation and configuration of airfield lighting fixtures and control
systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of lighting equipment and associated wiring.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and performance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability.
• Assist in conducting light output measurements and beam checks.
• Collaborate with team members to respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on airfield premises.
• Provide support during system upgrades and operational testing.
• Assist in training new technicians on airfield lighting procedures.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

▪ Food, accommodation and Uniform provided (350 AED provided by employer as food
allowance)
▪ Free medical Insurance
▪ Two-year renewable contract
▪ Free joining air ticket and up and down ticket after completion of each contract.
▪ Probationary period of 90 days from the worker arrives in Dubai
▪ Overtime and other benefits according to labor Laws in UAE
▪ Working hours-Eight (8) hours per day Six (6) days per week
▪ 30 days leave per year
▪ Visa, medical fees & Emirates ID cost provided by Employer
