On the online research, the top unemployment factor in Indonesia is :

1. The size of the workforce is not balanced with job opportunities

2. A little bit of job vacancy information
3. Can’t access job vacancy information because don’t know must be whare
access
4. Don't have skills like the company need
5. The education background is not matched with the job qualification
6. So many of unemployment is due to a lack of job skills training and they can't
have to access the training information because they don't know about the
information
7. Some information about job vacancies is invalid and some information is fraud

From that finding, I try to match is that true that the main problem of
unemployment in Indonesia is that thing? So, I tried to interview and spread the
poll survey for knowing about the problem of job seekers or unemployed. But,
before already to start an interview, I make specify an audience target

are several major similarities in the causes of
unemployment in Indonesia. And we also get
information about user complaints when trying
to find job vacancies in apps. The complaint is :
1. Some apps give new information in the mail,
not in-app, and sometimes, people don't
check the mail
2. Some companies give information not
relatable to qualifications that should be
3. Some companies give incomplete
information and
4. Some people can't make an interactive CV
and portfolio
