    BIOFLEX 800
    A tin-free, CDP (Controlled Depletion Polymer) type antifouling paint containing cuprous oxide as the main biocide, which
    is designed for general ocean-going ships. This product shows stable depletion rate achieved by the combination of a
    special hydrophobic resin and a hydrophilic resin.

    Surface Preparation All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination
    High pressure fresh water wash and remove all oil / grease, soluble contaminants and
    other foreign matters.

    Safety Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. gloves, goggles, face masks,
    barrier creams etc.)
    Proper ventilation and protective measures must be provided during applications and
    drying period to keep solvent vapour concentrations within safe limits.
    Prior to use, obtain, consult and follow the MSDS for this product concerning health
    and safety information.

    2) Use NIPPON MARINE THINNER 300 to wash painting appliances, hoses and guns before and after use.
    3) The declaration letter of Tin-free Antifouling Paint would not be issued if mixed with the other antifouling paints prod-
    uct or another chemical products.
    4) For application at new-building and the first application at maintenance and repair, make sure to apply the brown
    colour of this product as a basecoat.
    5) After A/C touch-up on the substrates and exposed A/C parts, the brown colour of this product has to be touched up
    as a basecoat.
    6) Store the paints in paint store.
