    Dear sir.,
    Gist of events: TSHB Sampoornam Flats venture-2, KPHB colony phase 15.(SELF FINANCE SCHEME)
    1) Agreement -2011
    a. Complete in 24 months
    b. Cost 30.8 lakhs not to exceed +10%
    2) Project completion:-
    a. 180 Flats in July-2015
    b. + 90 Flats in October-2017
    3) Proposed Drawl & finalised cost
    a. August 2015 for 180 flats and informed enhanced amount Rs.17.05 Lakhs + Fixed
    deposit Rs.2.76 Lakhs
    4) Later events.
    a. 135 Flats allotted filed case in NCRDC -2015 against delay and enhanced cost.
    b. 3 allottees filed case for getting handing over flats when despite some were ready to
    pay enhanced amount and take possession, TSHB not able to give possession of
    flats. Interim order passed on 31-December 2016 by High court for handing over
    flats with full payment subject final court order. Based on this order about 120 flats
    were handed over starting from 1-3-2017. ( After 4 years delay)
    c. Due to pending court case and pending works in the flats, No registration of flats
    were offered by the TSHB despite many requests by most of the flats allottees.
    5) Recently a cooperative society formed in our complex which reveals that about 50+ owners
    got registration of flats out of turn which unknown to publicly to all allottees
    a. 52 flats were registered out of turn without asking interest on enhanced 17 lakhs
    cost by TSHB and granting some relief from previous dues. By lobbying by some
    people.
    6) Those who are not a part of any court case. Recently HB officials said that to get registered
    the flats, when we inquired.
    a. For this the HB asked pay interest on 17.05 Lakhs despite of paid all the pending
    dues. It is embarrassing for us, why should we pay the interest on enhanced amount
    which is not a part of court and not a part of agreement?
    Kindly refer to Para 4.b ibid: among 3 allottees went to court 2 were got registered their
    flats without paying any interest and some dues. I am the person lead the court case and
    caused for getting allotment / possession of flats from 2017 March and latter support to
    HB in completion of many issues.
    I am the first person to full amount:
    About 52 people got registered their flats without paying extra money are paid amount to
    HB fallowing me.
    THIS IS UTTERLY INJUSTICE: KINDLY DO THE JUSTIVE FOR US SIR.
    As we were met you on 12-7-24 at your good office and requested for justice. Your good self,
    asked HB officials for necessary action but till these cases kept pending.
    We expect the TSHB found for helping poor people to get houses. (Non - profit Organisation).
    Then why these staff referring to earn money likes a private builder.
    We request you to kindly order registration of our flats without referring unwarranted money.
