muscles. After exercise, your body produces carbon dioxide, which you breathe out. Your skin
sweats to keep you cool, and more blood goes to your skin, giving it a healthy glow. When you
stop exercising, your muscles need less air, and your breathing and heart rate return to normal.
Exercising helps keep your body strong and fit.
