    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is to request for waiver of bus charges for my child, Shrirangam Atharv Bharadwaj, who is a
    student at your school enrolled in class 8th, admission number is 27138.

    Due to our family relocation to Raipur, we are in need of Child's transfer certificate from the school.
    However, we have been informed that bus fees for the current period need to be settled before the
    certificate can be issued.

    I would like to bring into your notice that the child in the current period not used the bus facility, the
    same is also acknowledged by Mr. Somesh ji, transportation in-charge of the school, hence the Bus
    charges may kindly be waived off
