    Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, being the REGISTERED OWNER of a PARCEL of land located at Nava, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, more

    particularly described as:

    LOT NO 4233-45; TCT NO. 117-CARP 2023000341

    — for consideration of being NOT THE LAWFUL OWNER, and/or NOT THE ACTUAL CULTIVATOR/TILLER, and/or HAVING

    ABANDONED, and/or BEING ERRONEOUSLY AWARDED AS ARB over the above-mentioned parcel of land —

    DO HEREBY WAIVE, RELINQUISH, TRANSFER, and ASSIGN all my rights and interests over the above-mentioned land to RAMIL G.

    ONITA, Filipino, of legal age, with residence located at Nava, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, being the actual tiller / cultivator over the above-

    mentioned landholding.

    Moreover, I do HEREBY NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, RAMIL G. ONITA, Filipino, of legal age, with residence located at Nava,

    Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, be my attorney-in-fact, to perform the following duties and powers, namely;

    a. To RECEIVE, HOLD and SECURE the Owner’s duplicate copy of e-title with TCT no. 117-CARP 2023000341;

    b. To APPLY and INSTITUTE whatever appropriate actions or remedies for the cancellation of the above-mentioned e-title and

    registration of said title unto the transferee's name.

    c. To SIGN for and on my behalf, whatever documents necessary to accomplish the above-purposes.

    d. To DO all other related acts for the accomplishments of the above-purposes.
