administered), with the aim to cure them, vaccinate them, or alleviate symptoms.

Bangalore Pharmaceuticals and Research Laboratory PVT LTD, also known as BPRL is a
young and fast growing pharmaceutical company based in Bangalore which is into
Development, Manufacturing and Marketing of quality Herbal and Nutraceutical products with
a world class manufacturing facility. The state-of-the-art facility meets international standards
in respect to safety, quality and environment control norms. Our manufacturing facility is
located on a 4.5 acre plot that is owned by BPRL.

1.2 FOUNDER
BPRL was created by an eminent Doctor, Late Dr.S. T. Mady who enjoyed the position of a
leading medical practitioner in the garden city of Bangalore. The company started its operations
by manufacturing and distributing common products required by the medical profession in
Bangalore. The Company got its impetus for growth when Late Dr. S.T. Mady was joined by

his sons Late Sri S.S Mady and Sri S.T.R Mady, currently, Chairman and Managing director
of the Company and Sri S Jayaprakash Mady, Director (son of late Sri S.S Mady).

1.3 FORMATION
Bangalore Pharmaceutical and Research Laboratory Private Limited was founded in the year
1957 by Dr. Sural Thammaiah Mady, also known as S. T. Mady, an eminent doctor, with an
ambition of manufacturing good quality medicinal products to the public. The company started
it's operations by manufacturing and distributing general medicines in Bengaluru.

It later got it's impetus for growth when Dr. S. T. Mady was joined by his sons Mr. S. S. Mady
and Mr. S. T. R. Mady, both qualified pharmacists.

Wintac Limited (earlier known as Recon Limited) was established in the year 1987. as an off-
shoot of BPRL Pvt. Ltd.

BPRL later involved itself into the field of herbal health care by acquiring SAGAR
Pharmaceuticals, a reputed name among Ayurvedic companies. The Ayurvedic expertise of
SAGAR Pharmaceuticals combined with BPRL's manufacturing & marketing expertise
reached the market with time tested products with tangible results which contains the science
of Ayurveda.
