    Under 20 USC 6320(d)(2)(B), equitable services provided to a private school shall be


    provided by a person or entity independent of the private school. We have every reason to
    believe that Tristate Health Consulting Inc. (a/k/a Tristat Health Consulting Inc.) is operated by
    Naveed Baqir, with whom you share an address and to whom you are or were married. The
    prior administration of the Christina School District reported this to the Auditor of
    Accounts. We await action by the Auditor of Accounts. As required by law, we invite you to
    consult with us on the lack of independence between Tarbiyah and the Tristate entities, and in
    the interim will immediately fund services to be rendered by companies independent of you
    and your family that meet the criteria identified in 20 USC 6320.
