organization and the systems that need to be put in place in order to achieve its proper
management.

Upon completion of this Module, students should be able to:

organization, the process of organization and the basic functions of business;
c) Explain how an organization structure would affect the management of the organisation
d) Discuss the role of delegation and empowerment in the management of an organization.

f) Explain the importance of planning in the management of an organization. ;
g) Discuss the effectiveness of various leadership styles to a modern manager;
