    Exclusions:

    General Conditions:
    1. The Contractor shall provide the Labor needed except works not indicated in the proposal.
    2. The Contractor shall provide the tools and equipment necessary to finish the project.
    3. The Contractor shall provide uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Tools and Equipment needed
    4. The Client shall provide the necessary materials and consumables needed.
    4. The Client shall provide the necessary permit.
    5. The Client shall provide the electricity and water needed for the duration of the project free of charge.
    6. The Contractor shall finish the project on or before the agreed date unless otherwise there will be changes in
    the design that is not included on the original plan.
    7. The Client shall provide the holding area and temporary facilities for the duration of the project.
    8. Any changes, alterations of the design made by client which is not included on the original design shall be considered as additional and shall
    be charged accordingly.

    Payment Terms:
    1. Fifty Percent (50%) downpayment prior upon receipt of P.O./Notice to Proceed.
    2. Progress billing on completed works every week or 7 days.
    3. Full and final payment upon turn-over and acceptance
