    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    THAT I, VERONICA BASA ASIS, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with postal address at
    #167 Saniboy St. Brgy. Hulo, Mandaluyong City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint,
    MANUEL RAMIREZ GABRIEL, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal
    address at 346 Eagle St. Area 2, Sitio Veterans Bagong Silangan, Quezon City, to be my true and
    lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me, and in my name, place, and stead to perform the following acts and
    things:

    1. To be my representative, to facilitate, to transact with the proper officials of the City


    Government of Calbayog, Samar (Assessor’s Office and Treasurers Office),
    Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds (RD), Land Registration
    Authority (LRA) and other concerned private and/or government agencies
    regarding the Transfer Certificate of Title of the property situated at Barangay
    Capoocan, City of Calbayog, Province of Samar, under Title No. TCT-8563;

    2. To process, receive/claim, sign, execute and make deliver any contracts, documents,
    papers or any other writings that maybe required in connection with the foregoing
    special powers;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
    authorities fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present .
    HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully to
    do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the rights and powers herein granted;
