CANCELLATIONS
• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
• The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
• If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-
in.
• Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
• A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the
cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or
Cancel.
• Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or
extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
• Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
HOUSE RULES
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons to stay
overnight. Persons whose names are not on the list will not be allowed to enter the condominium complex
through the security guards as regulated by the Condominium By-Laws.
MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may
be required during holiday periods.

RESPONSIBILITY – We are not responsible for any kind of inconvenience outside the apartment and
will not take responsibility for any kind of lost belongings.
ALL guests living within the condominium must follow all rules as they are stated.
PARKING
Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only (126 in
the garage). Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing;
applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
RECOMMENDATION
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to
purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase—it is amazingly
affordable.
OTHER POLICIES
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the
rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – There is no daily maid service for the apartment. While
linens and bath towels are included in the unit, we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken for use
in outdoors from the units. We provide extra beach towels for your use outside of the apartment.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment, deposit or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in
writing in advance.
This apartment is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or
illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for
the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is
agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the
premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

conditions of this agreement (3 pages).
