execute a NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION AUDIT SURVEY that directly involved
the prescribers nationwide. This was before 'google forms' evolved.

CREATED a COMPREHENSIVE Product Volume Performance analyses


template that broke down sales performances to individual territories. This
happened at a time the sales team was yet to breakdown budgets into
territories. The marketing team's demand for territorial budgets actually pushed
the GM Sales to breakdown sales budgets into territories. The template broke
sales down to individual customers, territories, segment, region, division and
National.

With initiative from the General Managers', based on the online surveys
successfully executed, ONLINE DAILY REPORTING PLATFORM was
PIONEERED.
*the platform enables sales/med reps from all over the country submit daily
activity reports in real time
*sales/med reps & all managers can view the reports & their respective
performance analyses in real-time
