CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

2nd PARTY FOR THE AGREEMENT :-
MR. HIMANSHU HOLDER OF INDIAN PASSPORT NO. V 3269937

PASSPORT ISSUE FROM DELHI, DATE OF BIRTH 31/08/1998.
HOLDER OF INDIAN SEAMAN BOOK NO. KOL 134512.
Basic Details:-
The Bond between both Parties :-
1. Employee Basic Salary will be 500 USD + ( GUARANTEED OT).

2. Assign As Rank ABLE SEAMAN.
3. Duration of agreement for this vessel will be 09 Months.
4. Duration of agreement b/w Both Parties will be valid for 36 Months.
5. Date of joining 2024-08-12 & Place of Joining will be PORT KLANG WEST PORT.

This is an agreement; an employee needs to agree before joining any vessels on behalf of the principal
company. This agreement should be read and understood properly before accepting with a signature.
Commencing wages:-
This agreement and basic wages commence from the date of getting on board the vessel. If wages are paid
for a single day, they have to be calculated on the basis of 30 days a month. The Seafarer shall receive his
wages in arrears on a monthly basis after allowing for all statutory deductions and/or deductions authorized by
the Seafarer. The wages shall be paid in Account.

Duties & Responsibilities:-
The employee is liable under duties to execute at all work requested or instructed by the master his Superiors
or the representative of the company provided however such work is:-
1. Lawful
2. Within the widest range of duties according to the employee's position.
3. The Seafarer shall serve the company competently, honesty, faithfully and soberly and undertakes that he
possesses and will exercise all skills and competence commensurate with any certificate of competency, which
he may hold. The Seafarer must have a satisfactory pre-employment medical examination undertaken by the
company's doctor and answer truthfully a questionnaire on his state of health.
4. To comply strictly with the company's health safety and environment policy.
5. To be transferred to any vessel managed, operated or chartered by the company during the course of his
contract
6. The Seafarer is to settle the wages directly with the principal company, If he does not receive your wages
due to any reason, the manning company has no liability whatsoever in his Regard. In case of any accident or
loss of life, the compensation, if any, has to be settled directly with the principals and the P&I club without any
liability to the manning company.
Transfer & Termination:-
The employee may be transferred to any vessel managed by the company or any of its associates. The
company can terminate your employment by giving fifteen (15) days prior written notice or payment of fifteen
(15) days salary in lieu or prior written notice.

Desertion:-
In case of desertion, the company can claim from him the loss which he caused. His contract will be
terminated without notice.
Terms & conditions:-
1. In case the company is forced to terminate the services on grounds of indiscipline or misconduct the
repatriation expenses will be on your account.
2. In case you wish to withdraw the services before the expiry of the said period all expenses incurred on your
joining & repatriation including medical & joining expenses of your reliever shall be borne by you.
3. The ship company management have reserved the right to select and reject any on the vessel if company or
owners are not satisfied with duty, conduct & discipline.
4. The entire vessel, its system, cabin, decks will have to be kept neat & clean or maintain good
housekeeping.
5. The Company will terminate the contract :-if vessel will be sold, during dry docking, off season and vessel
crew manning contract will be terminated
Vessel trading Area:-
The employee agrees to the vessel's employment in a worldwide range.
Declaration:-
The undersigned employee declares that he has read and fully understood the
contents of this agreement. The employee also declared that he has not paid any
service charge to our company or any of the company members, if any charges had
been taken from his; the company is not at all responsible for the same. And no other
verbal promises than the terms and conditions of this agreement have been made. And
so the employee will not claim any additional benefits or wages of any kind
whatsoever besides those, which have been stipulated in this agreement.

agreement.
