Diagnostic Interview

1. Could you tell me about yourself and what brought you here?
 Hello, I'm currently a student who is aiming for success. On the days I
don't have class; I work to provide for my family and me. I'm in an
untenable situation right now because my family's issues need to be
resolved in some way. I'm exerting myself harder and trying to think as
clearly as possible.

2. Can you tell me about your childhood--what was it like growing up?
 Being raised in a situation where your parents can't give you everything
you desire is very difficult. I put in a lot of effort on my young days to
keep up with my education. Being in so many awful conditions made
growing up for me difficult. In comparison to an adult, I have more
youthful experiences. I should be a student and be enjoying my life like
this. But now, I feel like I ought to have sliced myself off so that I could
do every aspect to provide what I want.

3. Can you tell me about your relationship with your mother?

 Right now, my mother and I don't get along that well. My sister and I
assist her while she takes care of the entire family. I really want to ask
her "what happened" and "why it is like this," but there isn't an answer,
so I can't help but feel angry at times toward her mainly since she is my
mother and she's constantly around when I'm at my most vulnerable. I
just want her to pass through when and smile without worrying herself.
4. Could you tell me about your relationship with your father?
 He disciplines us as we grow up, for which I am really grateful. There is
something like I feel bad for him when he realizes what you did so as
not to hurt him. As we build subject matter, we try to withhold things
from him so that he won't get upset. I can aspire better to help myself
now that he is suffering from his medical condition so that I can help
him too.

5. Do you have brothers and sisters? Could you tell me a little bit about them
and your relationships with them?
I do have a brother and two sisters. My younger sister is going through a
difficult period right now, and I feel terrible that she could find herself unable to
attend class. I feel like everything that occurred to her was my fault as well. I
wish my brother would reconsider his views so as not to hurt me. I give up
every aspect of myself toward them because I want the best for them.

6. What was school like for you?

 Sometimes, I feel like school is just an inefficient use of time. Although
there are numerous obstacles and circumstances, I wish to learning.
Despite how much I would like to, I am unable to work in this sector.
Even when I wish I could study but I have to work given that something
is upsetting me. What a challenging circumstance I'm in. Despite the
tension, I want to continue with my coursework as the first step towards
achieving my goal.
7. What were your friendships like when you were a kid, and what are they like
now? Who are your closest friends now? Could you tell me about your
relationship with one of them--what is it like?
 I still keep in touch with my middle school classmates, and they are all
living their own lives. Although several of my acquaintances are
currently busy as well, we occasionally talk. But I've come to realize
that, unlike previous generations, you can't make everyone like you
and want to be your friend. There is only one person who stays by your
side constantly. You are not there to ask people to be your friends. You
have a companion as long as you get better, and that friend is you.

8. Can you tell me about your romantic relationships--what have they been like?
Are you currently married or involved with someone? Could you tell me about
the relationship?
 Currently, I am with someone who helps me when I most need it. He
often asks me "why my behaviors like this," but I am unable to respond
since I am completely unsure of the answer. He always has been there
for me, encouraging me and beaming with pride whenever I tell him
about the beautiful thing I made today. He's also my friend, and every
now and then I tend to clarify things to him.
9. Could you tell me about your work history?
 Yes, I did work as a sap (social amelioration program) distributor for
the USSC Company during the outbreak. Despite being anxious, I
managed to act and serve the customer better as who they are despite
my experience handling more than 500,000. When I was merely at
home, I also worked as a tutor with four students every two hours, and
I currently work as a dental assistant on the days I have no classes. yet
so exhausted, the experience was wonderful.

10. Do you have children?

 I don't have one, but I do plan to have one in the future. Where I am
prepared to give my child what they need in a balanced way.
Empowers them so they can achieve their goals and give back to those
around them.

11. Now I'd like you to think of a really difficult, stressful, or upsetting time in the
last year or two, and tell me about it.
 I'm in an unsettling frame of mind at the moment, unable to choose
between those variables' implications and what is good and right. I
made the decision to act in this scenario for the betterment of everyone
else, rather than merely for myself. That was the hardest thing I had
ever gone through.

12. Can you tell me about your relationship with your therapist, if you had any?
 Yes, I've had that circumstance where she only gives me three options,
and I'm still debating which one to pick. She's simply teaching me how
to properly take care of and assist myself.

 Nope

14. Insight: I’ve asked you a lot of questions. How has this been? Is there
anything we haven’t covered that’s really important in understanding you as a
person? Is there anything else you'd like to add, or anything you'd like to ask?
 As I've come to realize in life, when we question ourselves, "Who am
I?," we realize that we are not ourselves. Who are they in reality?
There are many questions about us that we are unable to answer for
ourselves. However, because I am by myself most of the time, I tend to
research coping mechanisms and ways to aid myself without relying on
anyone else. I always assume that everyone will be around me, but
now I realize that "at the end of the day" I will have Leslie, so I make an
effort to improve and deal with things on my own owing to the
experience I've had.
