0 SCHEDULE
6:00 AM: Arrival & Reporting
6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: Registration and Kit Collection (T-shirts, Registration Band)
6:30 AM – 6:45 AM: Warm up
6:45 AM: Flag-off Ceremony
6:45 AM - 8:15 AM: Cyclothon 4.0 ( Ride for Health, Ride for Earth)

7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Collect Medals, Certificates and Goodies


7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast and Refreshments
9:30 AM: Program Closure

Cycling Track Path


IMPORTANT POINTS
• Route marshals and water stations are available along the route.
• As riders finish the race, they can visit the medals and certificates counter and
collect well-deserved medals and participation certificates.
• Collect your Exciting Goodies from the same Counter.
• Breakfast will be served from 7:30 AM onwards.
• Capture memorable moments at the selfie booth with fellow participants.
• Share your photos on social media using the event's official hashtag
#aimym #mymcyclothon2024 #nationalsportsday2024.
• There is no parking space available at start point, please park your vehicle in
near vicinity to these. (like ABCD Park, Lalbagh south gate, Agrasena Bhavana)
at your own risk.

• Marwari Yuva Manch (MYM) will not be held responsible for any damages to
your vehicle
• MYM will not be responsible for your belongings, please ensure you carry all
your belonging with you.
• Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on event logistics
and any unforeseen circumstances. Enjoy Cyclothon 4.0
• Don't leave your cycle unattended. Call the provided numbers if you face any
issues.
• It's not a competition. Don't push too hard if you're not sure you can finish.

RULES & REGULATIONS
• Reporting Time: Participants must arrive at the event venue on time. The
reporting time is 6:00 AM.
• Photo ID Proof: It is mandatory for all participants to carry a original photo ID
proof (e.g., Aadhar card, driver's license, passport) for identification purposes.
• Bicycle Inspection: Ensure your bicycle is in good working condition, with properly
functioning brakes and tires.
• Right Clothing and Footwear: Wear comfortable cycling attire that is suitable for
the weather conditions.
• Closed-toe, sturdy cycling shoes with appropriate grip are recommended.
• Race Etiquette: Follow the rules of the road and obey traffic laws at all times.
• Be courteous to fellow participants and event staff. No littering. Dispose of trash
in designated bins.
• Route Adherence: Stay on the designated race route. Do not take shortcuts or
deviate from the course.
• Medical Support: Medical personnel and support stations will be available along
the route. In case of an emergency, seek immediate assistance.
• Time Limits: Participants are expected to complete the race within the specified
time limits, as communicated by the event organizers.
• Cleanliness and Environment: Help maintain a clean environment by disposing of
trash responsibly.
• Respect the natural surroundings and local communities along the race route.
• Event Disqualification: Participants may be disqualified for violating any of these
rules or for unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Participants are expected to adhere to these rules and regulations to ensure a
safe and enjoyable Cyclothon 4.0 experience. Failure to comply with these rules
may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
• Event Cancellation or Alteration: The event organizers reserve the right to cancel,
postpone, or alter the event due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
• Waiver of Liability: By participating in Cyclothon 4.0, participants acknowledge
and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling and release the event
organizers from any liability for accidents or injuries.
