the statement of account was operating properly.
3. Appropriate safeguards have been adopted on the computer system to ensure
that the data is entered or any other operation is performed only by the
authorized persons.
4. Appropriate safeguards have been adopted to detect the unauthorized change
of data as well as facility to retrieve data lost due to system failure or any other
reason.
5. The data is stored in the system itself and the said system is used to take
printouts of the statement of the account.
6. Appropriate safeguards have been put in place to prevent and detect any
tampering with the system.
7. To the best of my knowledge and belief the computer system operated properly
at the material time and the printouts in question represent correctly, and are
appropriately derived from, the relevant data.
