Though, the fundamental belief and concern underlying the method as a whole do meet at a common point - merely the fact that human body has imperfections and has to be improved to fit some standards. Onipilif is a group of cultural people known to exist in the islands of the far east and upper half of the geo, most probably, at the west of the Pacific and south of east Asian land. Despite their obscurity, they are very open in the world outside their own. Thats why their body rituals are the result of their strong belief of certain standards influenced by and adopted from other cultures, mainly western. These ethics focus on what a perfect body requires and are merely known and become point of reference of the whole world. The civilization is well-described by a baby, yet developing economy which arouse from a wealthy habitat. The presence of economic brackets in the society helped in its plunge to development which in turn encourage the members to perform these series of activities which are then ritualize and become part of their daily life. The chief concern of these ritualistic behaviors is to improve the look and quality of the outermost covering of the human body called niks. Though the benchmark originate from others, these practices and ceremonies are uniquely defined in many ways and contain very unusual aspects. Some of the rituals are done on a sanctuary which every house contains at least one. But for those who belong to higher economic bracket can afford to have more. Thus, it is often used as an indication of a familys economic standing. Each sanctuary was built with magical flat crystal on the wall. Most of the rites are done individually and primary ceremony which is performed in the sanctuary is the one that can be done any time of the day. While some do it at night, most Onipilif prefer to do it every morning, so as to have a day of good social life. This rite is an ablution of the body and does involve the scrubbing of certain mud bars, rocks or boulders heavily throughout the body together with holy aqua. These bars contains exotic components purified on holy places. Thus, these are effective in drawing out some bad spirits dwelling in the niks that can affect primarily their social life. More powerful men in the society add a component to this. They usually boil themselves together with a wine in a very big pot (only the supreme men do have this in their sanctuary) for almost half an hour. They believe this stuff doubles the effect of the ablution. Every type of people in the society also have platforms on a holy room. This platform holds some magical dusts, sands, pastes, enzymes, wax and viscid potions. Some of these are applied throughout the body while some are only applicable to the face All of these materials have the power to cast out evil on niks. However, variation occurs in the length of the casting effect due to the strength of the spells and formulations used. Most of these potions are applied every 12 hours, while some on a daily basis. These
rituals arent possible without consulting to the magical flat crystals. That is why every platform do also have built-in crystals. For women, an additional ceremony using some of these potions are important. The ceremony includes the application of a certain whitish mud very thickly on the face and leaving it for the whole night. Onipilifs rise to development led to discoveries of significant facts. After years of thorough observations and studies, it has been proved that the glowing ball of light that walks through the sky from east to west, which is widely known as nus, emits bad spirit in the form of thgilnus. This thgilnus may cause severe damages to a persons niks that can be perceived by others through sight, smell and touch. The discovery brought fear to the Onipilif. So they do not go outside if necessary just to hide from the nus. But if some situations require, such as going to school, market or office, they make sure that the nus wont be able to see them. One such way is bringing with them a very big piece of leaf. This leaf has the ability to protect the owner by blocking the thgilnus. For others, they have an alternative. Before they go out, they perform a ceremony of hiding their entire body in a soft, furry and fibrous covering which functions like a shell. For better reasons, these coverings are thin and light colored, chiefly because thgilnus hates light colors. Onipilif has also developed certain liquefied clay which contain good spirits that can fight the thgilnus. People ritualize the application of the clay throughout the body. Many people in the society who are not contented with all of these ceremonies and potions or those who cannot find time doing all these rites would go to a holy place, the Retnec Lacigolotamred or simply Retnec. Highly effective rituals are done here with the use of potions and instruments, but all for an appropriate number of gold and silver. Thus, most Onipilif who are going here are those who belong to the upper economic standing. Yet, some people who are in the lower class really strive and do everything just for them to be able to visit here. Ceremonies in the Retnec are not done personally. Aids of holy and highly educated men called Tsilaiceps are essential for the ceremony to be effective. They are knowledgeable in certain magical spells, potions and tricks which the ordinary Onipilif dont know. These stuffs mainly deal on improving the look of individuals, certainly making them younger. Some ceremonies include scrapping of some body parts, sewing additional flesh on some parts, injecting potions in the niks with the use of magicallytreated needle. Though most of the ceremonies here are done brutally and are torturing, most Onipilif still visit here just for the sake of good social life. Each and every Onipilif wouldnt know about all of these stuffs if not of the help of a magical crystal tablet. These tablets which are present in every household possess spirits which have the power to show people all of the stuffs mentioned above. Onipilif is a rich society of individuals. With its forwardly stepping economy, a need for good social life is on call. Nowadays, social life is greatly affected by how a people looks like from the view of others. And the evaluation of the people around significantly counts. Thats why there is a need to ride on others standards. It is hard to understand how these people managed to live with all of those magical stuffs which other culture may consider burden. Though, viewing it from afar, these magic which are just product of an obsession of good social relationship with others are significant.
