    ANNUAL AWARD PRESENTATION CEREMONY

    1. An important announcement. Our program will start shortly. We kindly invite all the
    students and their parents to be seated. Thank you.

    2. Good morning to the ladies and gentlemen. Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. Im
    Kavin S/O Arunasalam from SEP 10. Ill be your master of ceremony for this whole event. I want to thank you all for taking time out of your busy schedule to participate event. WELCOME, welcome! do I sing, Far more welcome than the spring; He that parteth from you never Shall enjoy this event for ever. We're glad you came all this way To be part of our special day!

    3. With that we would like to welcome our guest of honor ........................., Hindu Youth
    Organizations committee members, donor, perants and my dear friends to the Annual Award Presentation Ceremony of Hindu Youth Organization, Port Klang.

    4. It is our tradition to start any event with the lighting of a kuttu villaku so that it will be a
    good start for the event to proceed. Therefore now we invite Madam........ to light up the kuttu vilaku... 5. Thank you , Madam....

    6. Next, an attribution to the gods. We invite Sister..... to lead the irai vanakkam.
    7. Thank you, sister.......

    8. An event like this is nothing without performance. So lets enjoy our first performance
    by..........................

    9. Thank you.... Please give a hand of applause to them. 10. Now we call upon the Students Empowerment Programs representative......to deliver his
    speech. 11. Thank You....

    12. Next we call upon the Youth Empowerment Programs representative.... to deliver his
    speech. 13. Thank you.... 14. Next we invite ........ the representative of the the parents council to deliver his speech. 15. Thank you....

    16. Im sure three speeches in a row would have made everybody tired. So lets move on with
    the next performance which will be presented by.........................

    17. A wonderful performance by..... Put your hands together for them. 18. Member of the floor, HYO Port Klang has been successfully running the SEP, YEP and
    many more programs for more than 25 years. Let us view a multimedia presentation about Hindu Youth Organization activities.

    19. Thank you... We hope the presentation would have given you a glimpse of what HYO is
    doing for our community for the past years. We also hope you will keep on supporting us in the future because without your support it will be like clapping with one hand. 20. Next we call upon Hindu Youth Organization adviser..... to deliver his speech. 21. Thank you, sir.... 22. Next we call upon our honorable guest............ to deliver his speech. 23. Thank You, sir.
