Important Instructions
Candidates are required to read the following instructions carefully and do the needful accordingly.
A) Instruction for filling of the Online Admission Form (Through Direct Mode):
1. Fill online admission form through the link and login https://erp.abes.ac.in/onlineregistration/
2. Select the radio button “DIRECT” (if admission mode is “DIRECT”) and enter your email ID & Mobile No. in
the prescribed field.
3. Fill the required information (Please ensure that the student’s Name, DOB, Father and Mother Name, Blood
Group, Mobile No. & Email ID must be correct and filled in as per the documents).
4. Fill the PCM / Diploma / Graduation (qualifying Exam) in “PERCENTAGE ONLY”. In the case of
CGPA/Grades, convert it into marks and fill as per the direction of the concerned University / Board.
5. Upload your photo and photo of Father and Mother (only 50KB in jpg format).
6. Fill the correct Profession & Parent’s Income in the appropriate field. Please ensure that it must be same as
mentioned in the Income Certificate / Salary Certificate / ITR.
Instruction for filling of the Online Admission Form (Through Counseling Mode):
1. Fill online admission form through the link and login https://erp.abes.ac.in/onlineregistration/
2. Select the radio button “COUNSELING” (if admission mode is “COUNSELING”) and enter your Counseling
Roll Number & Rank in the prescribed field.
3. Fill the required information (Please ensure that the student’s Name, DOB, Father and Mother Name, Mobile
No. & Email ID must be correct and filled in as per the documents).
4. Fill the PCM / Diploma / Graduation (qualifying Exam) in “PERCENTAGE ONLY”. In the case of
CGPA/Grades, convert it into marks and fill as per the direction of the concerned University / Board.
B) Instruction of Payment of Fees:
1. Deposit the requisite Academic Fee / Hostel Fee (if opted) through the link given below on or before reporting
date.
2. Deposit Uniform Fee & Transport Fee (If opted) in cash at the time of reporting.
3. Deposit Examination & Enrollment Fees (mandatory for all) and Pre- Enrollment Fees (Only for DIRECT
ADMISSION) at the University portal as & when asked.
4. Please ensure that fees as mentioned above must be paid full in one time. The fees in installments shall not
be allowed in any case throughout the course duration.
5. Fees through Cheque / Cash is not acceptable. As per the current income tax rulings, if anyone deposits a
fee in Cash with our bank, he/she has to pay a penalty of Rs. 10000/- and the deposited amount will be
refunded after the due fee is deposited through DD.
C) Required Documents:
1. Arrange the documents according to the link given below
2. You are required to carry 02 sets of self-attested copies of all documents along with your original documents
as mentioned in the list at the time of physical reporting.
3. The Original documents are required for the verification.
4. Please keep 01 set of self-attested copy of all documents with you for future reference.
D) Physical reporting:
1. Physical reporting is mandatory to confirm the admission. Without paying the requisite fees, the physical
reporting shall not be acceptable.
2. Before moving towards college for reporting, please ensure to complete the A, B, and C parts of this
instruction.
3. Counselling candidates are required to report physically on the dates given in your Allotment
letter/Counselling schedule after completing the above instructions.
4. Direct admissions are required to report physically on the dates given by the college through the mail / SMS.
5. If you fail to report physically in the college or pay requisite fees on the given dates, your admission
will be treated as canceled.
