    Undergraduate project: Recycled mushroom cultivation media using EM technology. The objective of my project was to investigate the physicochemical properties of mushrooms which were cultivated using the recycled medium. The major findings of this study indicated that the physicochemical properties included proximate (protein, fat, nitrogen, ash) decrease or loss 80% from the initial content but the fibre content was increased by 60%. This was found to be beneficial in promoting gastro intestinal health. Design project: This was a group project for the design subject. My group project was entitled Production of 100 tones freezes dried vegetables annually. This design project involved the selection of the plant location, process flow, marketing, costing, sizing and waste management. For this, project, I needed to apply all the knowledge that I had learnt to construct and manage a new freeze dried vegetable company.
