New York is located in the northeast of the United States, in the southeast of
the state of the same name and approximately halfway between Washington
D.C. and Boston. It´s ranked as the second most popular city in the world, with
a mostly temperate climate.
The months of January and February are the best to visit, tickets are cheaper to
save if you don't mind the cold, rain and snow.

The most popular tourist places are the soaring Statue of Liberty, where you
can go to take photos, walk, and spend some time with the family. In Central
Park you can go for a walk, take photos, ride a bike, etc. And the Metropolitan
Museum of Art where you can go to appreciate the different works of art and
sculpture.

The diversity in New York is likely one of its most defining features. Additionally,
Central Park may be one of the most famous urban parks in the world. Its
expansive green spaces and recreational facilities appear to provide a much-
needed escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

New York is one of the most famous cities in the world for different reasons.
One of them is that New York has been used as the main location for popular
movies like Marvel movies or older movies like King Kong with its iconic scene
in the Empire State. But New York importance also comes from its historical
importance, its financial world center and its culture.
New York is home of the financial heart of the world with The New York Stock
Exchange, which makes it an even more important and popular city.

New York, like many other cities, is the home of famous and important people.
There are famous actors and actresses who were born in New York such as
Robert De Niro, who is known for working in Taxi Driver, Al Pacino who is
famous to act as Tony Montana in Scarface, Scarlett Johansson known for Lost
in Translation and Marvel movies. These are just some examples of famous
people but there are some more like Lady Gaga or Michael Jordan.
One of New York best known aspects is its multiculturalism. People from all over
the world travel to New York, work or live in New York. Based on this, New Yorks
gastronomy is very diversified as you can find different types of food, form
Latin America gastronomy to Asian gastronomy. But the most common food it’s
the American, like pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc, But this food is discussed
to be the least impressive.

New York is also a very touristic city with different activities to do and places to
visit. It’s a very bustling city which is in constant movement, so people can get
stressed because of this. A recommendation is to use the subway to go from
one place to another. Another recommendation is to visit the iconic places, but
also to walk down the street as it is very impressive to look at the soaring
buildings that are in every corner of the city, for me its very awe-inspiring to
walk on a big city and just look around and see what is happening. So, under no
circumstances should you miss admiring New Yorks streets.
