continuously. However my advocate on record did not
received my call nor replied to my message and hence I am
constrained to file the present application.
4) I submit that, upon verification through E-Courts I came to

know that, the stage of the case is for judgment.
5) I submit that, I had no other way but to file the present
application with a prayer before this Hon’ble Court to re-open
the above case and permit me to file necessary application to
contest the above case as I required some time to take NOC
from the counsel who is on record and I required sometime to
engage a new advocate as I am not conversant with the legal
proceedings.
6) I submit that, if this application is not allowed I would be put to

more hardship and on the other hand no hardship would be
caused to the other side and hence this application.
Therefore, under the circumstances I pray that, this Hon’ble

Court be pleased to re-open the above case and permit me to
contest the above matter by affording a weeks time so as to enable
me to engage a new counsel and proceed with the matter, in the
interest of justice and equity.
