    PRESS RELEASE May 2, 2005

    ZTT reported a strong growth record of sales for FY2004

    Jiangsu Zhongtian Technologies Co. Ltd. has recently announced their un-audited financial statement for fiscal year 2004 (see fig

    1 below). It is reported that the sales revenue is 195% growth in compare with fiscal year 2003. Statement presented the sales of

    the group in 2004 is USD72Million which is 95% higher than sales of the group in FY2003 (USD37Million). The result of the group

    financial statement implies a change of the market upturn and the right direction of the group currently carrying on. The group

    believes that there is continuous demand on fiber optic cable and telecommunication products that the group currently supplying

    and planning to provide to the market. The financial statement will be concluded in the board meeting on 26th May, 2005.
