    Project Brief
    Narayanganj is a very important district from the aspect of business and commerce. It is famous because of the river port. Besides these, Narayanganj can also be marked for its socio- cultural activities. People of Narayanganj have their own individuality, culture, manner and style of leading life. As the environment is becoming polluted because of garments, knitting and dying industries, Municipal Corporation thought to gather the socio cultural activities providing a good environmental condition. For this, around the year 1992, basically for the inhabitants of the municipal area, Municipal Corporation decided to take a project of civic center in hand.

    Redesign of Osmani Uddyan, a 23.5 acre of eco -park near zero point of Dhaka. The first phase of the project consists of an extensive study of the existing plants and ecological aspects leading towards the proposal for the betterment.
