Founder’s Message
" With over 13 years in the hotel and hotel tech industry, specializing in Channel
Management, E-Distribution, Reservations, Revenue, and Business Strategy, I've
learned that whether you're running a hotel with just one room or many, success
hinges on the right strategy. It’s crucial to connect with the right channels, set the
right pricing, and target the right audience to maximize revenue and stay
competitive.

However, I've noticed that many hotels in Sri Lanka are only connected to a few
OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia, often without a proper pricing strategy.
This leads to low occupancy rates and minimal ADR, leaving potential revenue
untapped. This realization is what inspired me to found Ceylon Hospitality
Innovations (CHI). “Our mission is to help Sri Lankan hoteliers optimize their
distribution strategies, enhance their revenue management, and ultimately achieve
greater success."
