1.This investigation was conducted pursuant to the institution of chief of police of cauayan
police station.Maria Lopez, about the Robbery incident of no.09060657064 of May 24,2024

II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED
4.Robbery incident that transpired on or about 8:30pm of May 20, 2024, at Quezon city
mall.
5.To Determine other relevant matters that would require further police actions.

6. To Determine the criminal liabilities of the suspect.


III. FACTS OF THE CASE

7. At on or about 8:30PM of May 20, 2024, a robbery transpired at quezon city mall
jewelry store. As a consequence, thereof, the three masked suspects who entered the mall through
its main entrance. They targeted the jewelry store, where they forcefully seized various high-
value items. The robbery lasted approximately ten minutes. After which the suspects fled in a
black SUV. The stolen items were estimated to be worth PHP 5,000,000.

IV. DISCUSSION
8.The footage confirmed that the robbery occured at the main entrance, which lacked
security personnel at the time.Despite the presence of numerous security cameras throughout the
mall, this absence of on-site security during a critical moment raised significant concerns about
the oevrall effectiveness of the mall’s security protocols.
V. CONCLUSION
9. Based on the evidence gathered, it was concluded that the robbery was meticulously
planned and executed. Efforts to apprehend the suspects and recover the stolen items remain
ongoing.
VI. RECOMMENDATION
10. Recommendations were made to enhance mall security, including increasing the
presence of security personnel and implementing stricter access control measures. Regular
security audits were advised to identify and address vulnerabilities in the mall’s security system.
