    After we got to know each other, we agreed to hold our wedding ceremony in

    France. We gradually arranged to move to live in Britain. But .Because my husband


    at that time was not ready to move immediately. As his lifewas in France.

    He was in the process of training to get a professional truck driving license (name)
    and in addition taking advanced level courses French language to further improve
    his language skills.

    We began the process of moving after we found out that my wife pregnant. So we
    agreed that she would go and give birth in uk beside her family. To receive care from
    her sisters.

    We came to this decision because she did not in fact speak French at all. In fact, her
    inability to speak French made her feel overwhelmed during all pregnancy
    appointments that she had in France during her first 4 months
    of pregnancy.whichwould affected me alot as i had developed Gestational
    diabetes w ich meant that i had to have an appointment with my doctors every
    month. My husband was my translator when communicating with the French doctors.
    Mentally I was not ready to give birth in France.

    Indeed, my husband booked a return ticket to uk and we agreed that my husband


    would come a month before the birth date in order to witness the birth of his son and
    get to know the country as it was his first time coming to the uk. Our plan was that he
    would stay for a period of time as he had to return to complete training for his
    professional project. You will find a copy of these documents.

    Then I started looking for a suitable visa for my husband that would enable him to
    enter, and I found a family visa that is in line with our project and has few conditions
    that we are able to meet therefore I applied for this visa.

    *After waiting, we got rejected we consulted a lawyer, we were made aware of a few
    facts. Which was that the family visa that we applied was not suitable for our
    situation . It is only for English citizens who were residing in the European Union
    before the brexit.

    After this disappointment, I decided to return to France so that my husband can see
    his son and spend time with his us.. before I return again to begin fulfilling the
    necessary conditions for a spouse visa that the lawyer advices us to apply for. such
    as housing and work.

    Then, I applied for housing, and he was in contact with me on a daily basis
    throughout this difficult period. He supported me morally and financially by sending
    me money and keeping daily contact with me and my son through wats app
    video calls . You can account statements and watsapp chats.

    After a long wait, in which I was placed in a homeless shelter for women and children
    for a period of 6 months(check) I was given a flat. As usual he helped me financially
    with providing money for painters and carpeting to be installed. In fact, if he
    had not helped me, I would not have been able to prepare my flat as I did not have
    any income during this time except my universal credit allowance.so with his help I
    was able to complete the painting and furnituring of my flat and be able to move in
    and have a place to live on.

    Then I started job hunting.After months of searching and sending cv and going to
    interviews I finally found a suitable job.I started working at the end of February 2024.

    Itook a mini vacation and went to see my husband after a year and a half of it seeing
    him.. As working and taking care of my son took a toll on me mentally. My son was
    overjoyed to meet his father who he spoke to daily through video calls. During
    this vacation i took a break and felt refreshed.this trip was good for my mental
    health. I will leave you round-trip tickets.

    After perceiving our journey to meeting the spouse visa requirements. We are ready to provide
