Liquor Licence Procedures
1. Submit an application form , $1,000 application fee, a copy of approved/certified block plan of the premises (clearly showing the boundaries in which liquor would be sold, proposed bars, restricted areas or supervised areas) to:

Secretary would process and send a copy of application letter together with a copy of block plan of the premises and the relevant documents to the Commissioner of the Division, Divisional Police Commander, Health Authority or Town Council in which the premises would be located, National Fire Authority, OHS at Ministry of Labour and the Roko Tui of the province or Advisory Council When all reports are received from the relevant authorities, the application is then considered by the relevant Divisional Liquor Licensing Authority. The Licensing Authority will either grant provisional approval or approval or reject the application. If granted by the Licensing Authority, the applicant then pays the licence fee and can start operating.
