    (As per U.P. Govt. File No. 71-4099/34/2021-4- dated 11.07.2024)
    1. Original with Two sets of Xerox copies of following documents -
    a) High School Mark sheet & Certificate.
    b) Intermediate Mark sheet & Certificate.
    c) Documents of all other higher education acquired after passing 10+2 and before admission to MBBS Course.
    d) In case of a gap between 10+2 Examination & MBBS Admission, an Affidavit of this effect on a non-Judiciary
    Stamp paper of Rs.10/-, duly notarized in the name of the principal.
    e) Migration Certificate, in case of transfer from other university/Board.
    f) Transfer Certificate (TC)/School Leaving Certificate and Character Certificate from the institution where last
    studied before admission to MBBS Course.
    g) Admit Card – NEET 2024, Score Card – NEET 2024 and College Allotment Letter NEET – 2024.
    h) College Allotment Letter downloaded from www.upneet.gov.in.
    i) Caste Certificate – in case of SC/ST/OBC (OBC Certificate must be issued after 31.01.2024)
    j) Copy of AADHAR Card.
    2. Twenty-Five - Passport Size colored Photographs of student.
    3. One - Passport size colored photograph of each of Father and Mother.
    4. Year wise Fees details as per details given below: -
    1. First Year Rs. 12,80,037/- (Tuition Fees) **
    Rs. 1,50,000/- (Non-AC Hostel Fees)
    Rs. 85,600/- (Miscellaneous Fees)

    Note: -
    a) University Professional (External) Exam fee shall be extra as per university norms. For more details, please visit

    b) The institution shall collect the Fee every year in advance only for that particular year by 30th June.
    c) Students shall be provided hostel accommodation on twin sharing basis only.
    d) Supplementary Tuition fee of Rs. 50,000/- per subject shall be charged from detained and failed students reappearing in
    supplementary examination.
    e) Internship is compulsory from same college as per gazette notification dated 18.11.2021 of National Medical Commission.
    Hostel fee for internship Rs. 1,50,000/- per year for double occupancy. Hostel (Without AC) is compulsory during internship
    and additional Mess Charges will be paid by the Interns.
    f) Disarticulated Skelton + Female Pelvis + Gudda with Placenta is college property and have to be returned after completion of
    subject/course in good condition otherwise a penalty of Rs. 15,000/- will be levied on them and will be deducted from Security
    deposit.
    g) In View of the same Fee Structure Fixed by Fee Fixation Committee, Government Of Uttar Pradesh since Year
    2021, Institute has applied a Plea for Increase of Fee to Hon’ble High Court. As per the DGME, Lucknow Letter
    No. ME-3/2024/1667 Dated: 17.08.2024, the Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow ordered
    on 17.08.2024 that:
    “At the time of counselling the students will be informed about the fees determined for Academic session 2023-
    24, which would be provisional fees subject to the final fee determined by the committee.”
    “Upon enhancement, the arrears would be payable by the students in installments (Half Yearly/Quarterly)
    depending upon the hike recommended by the committee, which shall also determine the number of installments
    to be paid by the students.”
    h) The Management reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions any time, if required.
