 All questions are compulsory


 The question paper consists of 32 questions divided into four sections A, B, C, D. Section
A comprises of questions of 1 marks each, section B comprises of questions of 2 marks
each, section C comprises of questions of 3 marks each and section D comprises of

was conducted. The data is recorded in the table given at right

[SECTION – D] (Do any three)
35. The capacity of a closed cuboidal tank is 50000 litres of water. Find the breadth of the tank, if
its length and depth are respectively 2.5 m and 10 m. Also find total surface area of tank.
36. Construct a ∆ ABC in which BC = 7 cm, ∠B = 75° and AB + AC = 13 cm.
37. 1500 families with 2 children were selected randomly, and the following data were recorded

38. The blood groups of 30 students of class VIII are recorded as follows

You were asked to prepare a frequency distribution table regarding the blood
groups of 30 students of a class. Use this table to determine the probability that

39. The distance (in km) of 40 engineers from their residence to their place of work
were found as follows
