ABSTRACT

In this internship report I will describe my experiences during my


internship period .The internship report contains an overview of the
internship company and the activities, tasks and projects that I have
worked on during my internship. Writing this report, I also will describe
and reflect my learning objects and personal goals that I have set during
my internship period. In compiling this report I have intended to provide a
synthesis of theoretical approaches and methods of implementing them in
the world of business. I have tried to discover the relationship between
theoretical and practical type of knowledge. I have tried to bridge the gap
between theoretical assumption sand practical necessities

During the entire course of our academic study, we remain engaged in


theoretical learning where the primary objective is academic success. A
concise knowledge of the modern business arena can only be attained
through the pragmatic implementation of hypothetical ideas, which we
learn from our academic activities. With these objectives, I have made all
possible efforts and the necessary investigations to submit this report in an
enlightened for min a very short time. I have tried my level best to
eliminate errors from the report.

As I had to complete my internship within a short period of time so the


study admits its limitations. The report first shall give an overview of the
company in which we have worked, tasks completed during the period of
internship with technical details. Then the results obtained shall be
discussed and analyzed. I have tried my best to keep report simple yet
technically correct. I hope I succeed in my attempt.

Manufacturing And Development Process along with
production /software development planning and control/
implementation method.
Software Development Process :-
Communication
This is the first step where the user initiates the request for a
desired software product. He contacts the service provider and tries to
negotiate the terms. He submits his request to the service providing
organization in written format.

Planning
The team comes up with a rough plan of software process. At this
step the team analyzes if a software can be made to fulfill all
requirements of the user and if there is any possibility of software being
no more useful. It is found out, if the project is financially, practically
and technologically feasible for the organization to take up. There are
many algorithms available, which help the developers to conclude the
feasibility of a software project.
Designing
Next step is to bring down whole knowledge of requirements and
analysis on the desk and design the software product. The inputs from
users and information gathered in requirement gathering phase are the
inputs of this step. The output of this step comes in the form of two
designs; logical design and physical design. Engineers produce meta-
data and data dictionaries, logical diagrams, data- flow diagrams and in
some cases pseudo codes.
Coding
This step is also known as programming phase. The
implementation of software design starts in terms of writing program
code in the suitable programming language and developing error-free
executable programs efficiently.

Testing of System Configuration, Network And necessary Tools

Testing
An estimate says that 50% of whole software development process should be
tested. Errors may ruin the software from critical level to its own removal.
Software testing is done while coding by the developers and thorough testing
is conducted by testing experts at various levels of code such as module
testing, program testing, product testing, in-house testing and testing the
product at user’s end. Early discovery of errors and their remedy is the key to
reliable software.
Tools used for Software Testing
Manual Testing
Manual testing is the process of using the functions
and features of an application as an end user would in
order to verify the software is working as required.
With manual testing, a tester manually conducts tests
on the software by following a set of pre-defined test
cases. In order to successfully conduct manual tests, you first need to
understand the requirements of the software.. This is a crucial part of manual
testing as the main goal is to make sure the software is bug free.
Selenium
Selenium is a portable framework for testing web
applications. Selenium provides a playback (formerly
also recording) tool for authoring functional tests
without the need to learn a test scripting language
(Selenium IDE). It also provides a test domain- specific
language to write tests in a number of popular
programming languages, including C#, Groovy, Java,
Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby and Scala. The tests can then run against most
modern web browsers. Selenium deploys on Windows, Linux, and macOS
platforms.
Deployment Strategy Used by industry, Documentation Methods

 Deployment
The objective of deployment phase is to make the developed software
operational in a live environment. A deployment in the operational
environment comes only after the product is fully tested and accepted by the
business in the acceptance stage of the testing phase. Here we may need to
provide training to the real time users and post-deployment review is done in
this phase.

 Maintenance & Support


This phase confirms the software operation in terms of more efficiency and
less errors. If required, the users are trained on, or aided with the
documentation on how to operate the software and how to keep the software
operational. The software is maintained timely by updating the code according
to the changes taking place in user end environment or technology. This phase
may face challenges from hidden bugs and real-world unidentified problems.

Travels and Tour management systems are designed to manage the
movement of Tourist and maintain details of tourist. The software
solution is designed based on the system requirements, the people
involved, the content of the operation and the activity to be
performed. The main use of our project to manage Tourist details,
travels and hotels details, and their records permanently in our system
by storing in Database.

 Special / challenging experiences encountered
during training:-

1) It was little bit difficult for us to learn many things in limited


time.
2) Challenging tasks given in the session were our real test.
3) We did time management. So that, we were able to give our
rest of the time to complicated topics.
4) Opportunities given by teachers for developing our personal
Skills were exciting as well as challenging.
