ABSTRACT
The Online DJ Booking System is a web-based application designed to provide a seamless
experience for customers to book DJs for their events. This system allows users to browse
through various DJ profiles, customize their event requirements, and make bookings online
with ease. The platform is accessible from multiple devices, providing flexibility and
convenience for users to secure services from any location.
The system operates with two primary user roles:

• Administrator: Responsible for managing DJ profiles, processing bookings, and handling
payments. The administrator also manages promotional packages and event scheduling.
• Customer: Users can browse DJ profiles, view availability, customize service preferences,
and place bookings. Customers receive real-time updates on their booking status.
Key features of the system include:

• User-friendly Interface: Simple navigation for browsing DJ profiles and making bookings.
• Customizable Services: Customers can specify event details such as genres and additional
equipment.
• Real-time Booking Updates: Keeps customers informed on booking confirmation and DJ
availability.
• Multiple Payment Options: Integration with secure payment gateways.
• DJ Profile Management: Administrators can update DJ availability, pricing, and special
offers in real-time.
The Online DJ Booking System is built using HTML, CSS, and other web technologies,
ensuring a responsive and visually appealing interface. The system aims to simplify the DJ
booking process for customers while improving operational efficiency for DJs and event
organizers. Potential future enhancements include customer reviews, loyalty programs, and
automated reminders.
