Important Note

2- Early check in & late checkout is subject to availability at the time of check in. from
our side we can send a mail to the hotel for request to the same.
3- For all tours respective time is already given. Guest should be on time for all tours
in the concierge desk in the lobby.
4- Tourism Dirham, which is compulsory by the Dubai government, is mandatory for
every room. 2* Hotel will charge AED 7/- , 3* = AED 10/- , 4* Hotel = AED 15/- , 5*
Hotel = AED 20/- . All Rates are per room per night basis.
5- Dress Code is compulsory whenever guests are going to visit to the Mosque.
6- Dress code is compulsory when guest is going to have meal in Burj Al Arab.
7- Please note that a government fee of AED 05 is supposed to be paid by guests in
Dubai Dolphinarium tour at the time of entrance at creek park which is per person
and to be paid directly.
8- If guest wants to changes in itinerary then it should be informed 48 hrs prior to the
travel date.
9- If any tickets booked then it can`t be change.
10- We can cancel any tour due to bad weather conditions, in that case we will try to
organize tour on alternate day or refund the amount if not possible.
