The Wisdom Writings: Discuss how you can live a life full of trust, wisdom,
gratitude and hope in the following contexts. For each context, limit your answers
to five (5) sentences.
a) In moments of sickness

When we are sick, we must trust in God because being sick can weaken us
and our strength. We must trust in God, our ultimate healer as it says in the
bible from Proverbs 3:5–6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not
on your own understanding,". This reminds us we should take being sick as
an opportunity to that God has a purpose for our life despite the fact that we
may not fully comprehend why we are suffering. Which serves as a reminder
to put all of our faith in the Lord and not rely on our own wisdom,
particularly in these circumstances. Seeking medical attention and praying
for our spiritual health should be our priority and main concern during these
time. In addition, we must have hope and pray for hope brings us comfort by
enabling endurance through suffering with faith that eventually, relief will
come. This strength is essential during hard times, as it strengthens us and
allows us to persevere through suffering.

b) In moments of blessing

The blessings serve as a testament to God's favor in more ways than one.
Since all of the blessings come from God's hand, this encourages humility in
times of abundance. People ought to express gratitude by donating and
praying and even by a simple act of generosity. Wisdom influences our
character by teaching us how to use the blessings we have received, no
matter how small, to make a difference in the lives of others. The hope that
things will get better in the future is maintained by faith in the provision.
Thus, acknowledging God's part in our blessings deepens our relationship
with him. When hope is present during a time of blessing, it helps the
redeemed people deal with the challenges that lie ahead.

c) In situations with lack of access to opportunities due to indifference

Our faith is put to the test by lack of access to opportunities due to
indifference therefore, we must have faith in God's justice. Proverbs 19:21
reminds us, “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s
purpose that prevails.” Even when others close doors, trust that God can
open new ones in unexpected ways. It tells us that although people may be
denied excellent things and opportunities, this does not stop God's goal. In
these circumstances, wisdom calls us to seek alternative paths, use our
talents, and persist in the face of adversity. One strength that can result from
hardship is gratitude, therefore, we must also have gratitude during difficult
times. In addition, we should also learn to pray because believing in God's
justice and deliverance may be more significant than knowing the answers.
Hope is still necessary, believing that God will ultimately bring about justice
and open doors. We are kept afloat by thankfulness and hope, which remind
us that Christ also had to deal with injustice. Maintaining our faith gives us
the strength to keep trying to get healthier.
