LAZINESS IS A BAD HABIT
Laziness can be define as the act of being lazy and a bad habit can be referred to as a bad
behaving either at home, school or anywhere one meet his/her self.
‘’once upon a time in a faraway land there lived a boy name Adeshina, he was born with a
sliver spoon in mouth, he was a very intelligent, handsome and a reasonable boy, but the
only problem. He is a very lazy boy he is not lazy with academics, he was always at the top of
the class, on graduation day he was with the first position in his class and he also won
many other prizes for his brilliant performance this explain how brilliant he is, his parent,
Mr. & Mrs. Aderera were very happy on this day, they were happy because other parent,
student from the school and some other people who were not from the school clapped for
their only son, after the program they took him out for shopping, as they ate jollof rice and
chicken, his parent advice him.
‘’My son, well-done for today you have done a great job for having the first position in your
class, wait how many are you in your class’’. Mrs. Aderera asked him and sipped her juice
after asking ‘’ we are twenty-five in our class ‘’ ‘’wow’’ ‘’that’s my son’’ Mr. Aderera added.
‘’Thank you sir, for your support and advice and also your financial support Shina said as he
ate his chicken.
‘’you don’t need to thank us, we are only performing our duties and the rest are in your his
father. ‘’now that you are promoted to J.H.S 1 I am very happy for you ‘’ Mrs. Aderera said
‘’ But you know you will be in boarding school will be in boarding school will have talked
about this several times your mother and I have to travelled out of the country for
business ,I know you can cope’’ Mr. Aderera said ‘’ I will cope at least it is just for the
meantime’’. Shina responded.
After the family ate the food they went home and the day ended happily , and after
sometime into the holiday, Shina‘s parent began to suspect behaviour in their child ,they
suspected that Shina is becoming lazy and he would not want to do any household chores
and he had enough of time
Shina is not a child who likes playing in street, he enjoyed his parent company the most.
So ,this explain why he had a lot of time, apart from having a lot of time he also have less
work to do since it is during the holiday, now Shina would not want to do is chore at first
when is parent observed they overlook it thinking because he was resting before the next
term start.
But this gave shina an opportunity he now put his mind at rest because his mind at rest
because his parent never talk about it.
How time flies, the holiday is over all the items Shina would use was brought without
missing any of thing. After buying all the goods, they went to the school Shina was transfer
to, to register him in as a boarding school student. ’’next’’ the receptionist shouted as Shina
and is parent moved forward to register him ‘’what is your name boy’’ the receptionist
asked again my name is Adeshiana Aderera’’ what class are you to be’’ she ask again ‘’J.H.S’’1
ma’’ Shina responed. ’’That is your new class.’’ She said. ‘’Thank you ma’’ Shina said he went
into is class with is parent and they introduced him to his class and is classmates welcome
him after that day, he went to his room to meet is room-mates, he met everywhere clean
and tidy, ‘’who are you ‘’. A boy about is age asked him I am directed to this room, I am a
new room-mate he answered politely. He was showed his bed and wardrobe.
After some days, he make friend with all other students in is room because he was
friendly and polite so because of this everyone liked him very much ,they wanted him to be
with them always ,he also liked his friend they share things together like snack pen pencil
E.T.C .He even tell them stories and jokes .
All teacher liked him because of his good behaviour. After a term Shina changed, he changed
to his lazy behaviour, he would not want to do anything at first is room mates helped him in
doing his chores but as time goes on, they where tried for helping him and told him to do his
chores by himself.
At this point, Shina is fond of being lazy that he cannot do any thing all by him self ,he
would complain if he was asked to do any chores his roommates notice this and call his
attention ‘’my friend don’t want you to be angry because the truth is better, it called you
because of your behaviour , it is a bad habit to be laziness and I know you are a hardworking
boy but I don’t why u suddenly changed’’. Kunle advised that word touched Shina he was
determined to be a changed person
Now Shina was now a changed person everyone began to like him again and they interact
with everyone well. They now share thing, he now tell them stories and everybody were
happy.
One day, his mom and dad came to visit him they heard his report that says Shina a
brilliant, well and hardworking. They were very happy to hear that report they had already
bought a lot goodies of him.
When getting into shina room it was neat his mom and dad where so pleased and
happy to see their son as a change person they gave him all they had brought of course he
his their only son. They showered him with so many goods.
Shina was happy very happy because is parent met him changed person, he imaged it his
parent had seen him dirty he had wondered what would have happened. At least his parent
would have left angrily but he thanked god for change in him into a good boy whom his
parent where proud of him.
