Project Description
“Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables the people to cope with
the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their
community” (World Health Organization, 2022). Mental stability is important, it help the
person live and work, it develops an integral part of well-being of a person. Being
mentally healthy meaning you can do you duty without reserve.
In today time, mental health issues are no joke, especially when it led to suicide,
cases of death leading to mental is growing, mental health issues are affecting people
from all walks of life, ages, and genders, anxiety and depression are one of the leading
causes. This discussion well helps us understand and evaluate our mental stability, and
how to handle stress and problems properly. Its Ok to Be Not Ok: Mental Health
Awareness is face to face discussion on mental health awareness, to help students in
managing stress and problems.
Objectives
The goal of the discussion is to help us understand and evaluate the mental
stability of students, to raise awareness among them.
This discussion also aims to help students in managing stress and problem,
and how to deal with those.
This discussion wants to educate student what to do in if they experiencing
stress and how to respond to it.
