ONLINE CAR RENTAL SYSTEM (CRS) is a web based system for

a company that rents out cars. This system enables the
company to make their services available to the public
through the internet and also keep records about their
services.
Car Rental Company specializing in renting cars to customers.
It is an online system through which customers can view
available cars, register, view profile and book car
Car rental management system is a car booking software that
provides a complete solution to all your day-to-day car
booking office running needs. This system helps you to keep
the information of Customer online
You can check your customer information any time by using
this system. Cab rental management system is a unique and
innovative product
This service will work 24x7. This system works online so allow
anyone to book or rent a vehicle in a city without any time
restriction.

The scope of Online Car Rental System Follows.
The car rental system to keep detail records of both the cars and
the customers, the duration they rent car as well as the type of car
they rent.
The system will be mainly design for small a company that renders it
car rental services to customers.
The system will have the ability to generate and print invoice for
each successful transaction.

This project traverses a lot of areas ranging from business concept to

computing field and required to perform several researches to be
able to achieve the project objectives. The area covers include.

To launch a system in investigation, there should be a master plan,
detailing the step to be taken, the people to be questioned and
outcome expected. The initial investigation has the objective
determining whether the user request has potential merit. The input
to the system, various conditions and tests to the various fact finding
methods described below.
1. Interview:
It is most commonly used fact finding techniques by the analyst.
Analyst asks different type of questions to the information that is the
user of the system, the all person related to the system.
2. Record Review:
In this analysis all the related records use in organization. But these
techniques may be useful in designing of the screen of the system.
3.Observation:
To get as close as possible to the real system, on site observation
become useful. In this method actual work flows is observation and
behavior of particular user is observed.

Feasibility is the measure of how beneficial / practical an information

system will be to an organization. A feasibility study looks at the
viability of an idea with an emphasis on identifying potential
problems and attempts to answer one main question: Will the idea
work and should you proceed with it.

7.1 Objectives to be fulfilled
In this car rental system we are going to introduce

online booking of car rent will be available. So the
Burdon of the customer will be reduced. Our Aim is to
design and create a data management System for a car
rental company. This enables admin can rent a vehicle
that can be used by a customer. By paying the money
during a Specified Period of time. This system increases
customer retention and simplify vehicle and staff
Management in an efficient way.
This software car Rental System has a very user friendly
interface. Thus the users will feel very easy to work on
it. By using this system admin can manage their rental,
payment, employment issues and vehicle issues such
as and insurance. The car information can be added to
the system by admin.

Enhancement
Primarily designed with the objective to serve as a

communication tool that allows users to teleconference,
collaborate on a document, use a whiteboard tool or
conduct a meeting using headset/speaker tools.
Additionally, includes a file transfer tool for easy transfer
of files from computer to computer or sharing of files and
desktop sharing which allows remote access to a
computer for remote technical support.
Through this application they will be able
to make conferences with their clients (distributors) or
with their customers with timely updates of the company
business. So they can improve their products with
respect to the customers view. Another advantage is that
if the company is having branches throughout the
country. So this will help them to communicate business
affairs of the company and live meetings and
conferences between their employees and directors.
They can conduct board of directors meeting. It will give
On-line solutions from the superiors to the employees.
Instead of sending emails and awaiting response a
meeting or a feedback poll can be created to speed up
the process The enhancement that we can add the
searching option. We can directly search to the particular
student details from this site.
