1. As Sr.Gm (Projects) working with M/s Sobha developers ltd, Sec-109, Gurgaon (HR)
from 22nd April 2013 to till date.
Project Profile – Construction and development of 147 nos. Duplex Villa in 44 acre land
at Gurgaon International city, Sector-109, Gurgaon (HR).
SBA 10, 59,191 Sft. and construction of high rise premium building at SOBHA CITY
SBA 300000 sft.
Responsibilities:
1). Over-all responsibility for project planning, monitoring, execution of work, quality
assurance, checking and certification of contractors bill for 147 nos. of Duplex villas.
2). Day to day support activities, including administrative support, communication
efforts, Scheduling, and supporting basic office management activities for the
organization.
3). Self-motivated professional with a stable administrative background, an unflappable
work ethic and a natural ability to anticipate all executive and departmental needs with
flexibility and discretion.
4). Proactively coordinating of the project and acting as central point of contact for the
project team,project head and project assistants.
5). Maintaining project budgets, monitors change orders and evaluates progress
payments,
6). Assigning, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the work of team of engineers.
7). Managing project construction for schedules and payments through project progress
meeting with Regional Director.
8). Managing coordination between architect, consultants, vendors, contractors and
others to ensure major and minor issues are addressed prior to construction for smooth
progress of the project.
9). Ensuring that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific
safety plan.
2. As DGM (Projects) worked with M/s ATS Infrastructure Ltd, Indirapuram, ATS
Advantages, Ghaziabad from 02 Sep 2009 to 10 April 2013.

Responsibilities - Execution and planning and scheduling for all towers.
Checking and certification of contractor’s bill.
3. As Assistant Project Manager worked with Ahluwalia contracts limited From

September 2005 to Aug 2009.
Project Profile -–
a. Construction of 06 Multi-storied building in Gurgaon(G+14).
b. Mobilization of labour and contractors.
c. Preparation of bill for client.
d. Attend weekly and monthly meeting with client.
4. As Site engineer worked with M/s Panchmahal construction at Silvassa From

12th January 2001 to 28th July 2005.
Project Profile -–
a. Construction of 05 Multi-storied building in Silvassa(G+5) and factory building for
sterlite and oracle exports.
b. Mobilization of labour and contractors.
c. Preparation of bill for client.
d. Layout, Line and level of shuttering, concreting.
ACADEMIC- QUALIFICATION:-
 High School from George high school in 1994 with 52% marks.
 B-Tech. in Civil Engineering with 73% marks.
