    Dear Governor Guico

    I hope this letter finds you in good health. I’m Freshiane Louise Y.
    Mamasig, a resident of Gonzales, Umingan, Pangasinan, and I am currently a
    1st-year student enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science, at
    University of the Cordilleras. I am writing to respectfully request your
    assistance in supporting my education. My family is facing financial
    challenges, and we are finding it difficult to cover my school expenses, which
    is making it hard for me to continue my studies.

    I am determined to complete my degree and pursue a career in


    Administration, but the financial burden is becoming overwhelming. With
    your support, I will be able to focus more on my studies and worry less about
    the costs involved. Any assistance you could extend would be greatly
    appreciated and would help me continue on my educational path.
