Safety Instruction
1.Do not block any ventilation openings. To ensure reliable operation of
the projector and to protect from over heating, it is recommended to
install the projector in a location that does not block ventilation. As an
example, do not place the projector on a crowded coffee table, sofa, bed,
etc. Do not put the projector in an enclosure such as a book case or a
cabinet that restricts air flow. Always leave a minimum distance of 30 cm
around the unit to ensure sufficient ventilation.

2. Do not use the projector near water or moisture. Do not let objects or
liquids enter the projector. They may touch dangerous voltage points and
short out parts that could result in fire or electric shock. The apparatus
shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing of water or liquids and that
no objects filled with liquids such as flowers vases shall be placed on the
product. Clean only with dry cloth.

3. Do not install near heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves or

any other apparatus such as amplifiers that emits heat. Open flame
sources, such as candles, should not be placed on top of the device.

4. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer. Only

use batteries, chargers and other accessories which are compatible with
this equipment. Do not connect incompatible products.

5. The unit should only be repaired by appropriate service personnel.

6. See projector enclosure for safety related markings.

7. Do not use the unit if it has been physically damaged or abused.

Physical damage/abuse would be (but not limited to):
Unit has been dropped.
Power supply cord or plug has been damaged.
Liquid has been spilled on to the projector.
Projector has been exposed to rain or moisture.
Something has fallen in the projector or something is loose
inside.

Do not attempt to service the unit yourself. Please contact
us before you send the unit for repair.

The ambient operating environment should be free of airborne
smoke, grease, oil and other contaminants that can affect the
operation or performance of the projector. Use of this product in
adverse conditions will void the product warranty.

CAUTION:
1. If the cord is damaged, have it repaired by the manufacturer,
it’s service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid any
hazard.
2. Danger of explosion if batteries are incorrectly replaced or not
replaced by the same type or equivalent.
3. INTERFERENCE: All wireless devices are susceptible to
interference which may affect their performance.

Wireless Screen Mirroring For iOS Devices:
Method 1: (P2P Direct Mirroring- the projector does not need
to be connected to WIFI)

1.Select “MCAST” from the menu interface and then choose “P2P
Cast”

home WiFi.(System Setup >WiFi>WiFi Searching>Select your WiFi
name from the searching list>Enter WiFi password>Connect).

3.After the projector connected to the WiFi, then exit WiFi connection

 Bluetooth Connection
1. Select "Setting" or "Bluetooth"on the main interface.

2. Select "Bluetooth Setting", turn on Bluetooth Mode to “On”

3.select "Available Device", press "remote control" or the right

button of the projector to search for Bluetooth device you want for
connection.

4.If your Bluetooth device has been successfully connected, you
will see the Bluetooth device name in the “Paired Device”.

Tips:
1.Please place the projector as close as possible to other Bluetooth
speaker devices you want to connect to, otherwise the Bluetooth
signal may be weak, the signal of your device cannot be searched
or the connection may be interrupted.

2.If the projector want to disconnect the Bluetooth device, go to

"available device", and then press "remote control , then the
Bluetooth device will be disconnected.

3. When connecting the Bluetooth speaker, keep it disconnect from

other devices.

Wired Connection
IOS System Connection
1.Connect your IOS device with projector via USB cable and port.

2.For the first connection, there will be a warning pops up on your

IOS device. Please click “ Trust ” and input the correct password.

Android System Connection (Turn on “USB debugging” )

1.Click “Settings” > “About phone” > “Version” > “Build number”(-
Click one time or several times until pops up a warning ‘ You are in
development mode’.

2.Back to “Settings” .

3.Click “ Additional settings” > “ Developer options” > “ USB

debugging”.

Tips:
Because there are so many versions of Android phones, our
projector is not compatible with all of them. So we don't
recommend Android phones to connect via wired way. We
recommend that Android phones to connect projector and screen
mirroring via WiFi.

Trouble Shooting
* What should I do if there is only sound but no picture when
playing Netflix videos?
Please don't worry, it's not a machine problem, Netflix, Disney+,
Prime Video, Hulu and some other copyrighted videos don't support
direct mirroring on the same screen on mobile phones/tablets due to
copyright issues.
However, they can be played normally by inserting a TV stick, Roku
stick or Google Chromecast into the projector, or connecting a
laptop to the projector through HDMI.

* Why there is no sound when watching movies?

If there is no sound comes from the projector, following suggestions
as your reference.
a. Check and confirm that the projector or connected device is not
muted
b. Do1by sound is not supported. Please turn off Dolby sound on
your connected devices or apps ( Setting>Display & Sounds>Au-
dio>Dolby Digital Output>Turn off Dolby Digital Plus ).
c. Audio format is not supported: Dolby AC3/AAC, DTS, WMA, DivX,
etc.
( audio format supported: MPEG1, MPEG2, LPCM, MP3,
.avi/.ts/.dat/.vob/.wav/mkv/.mp3/.mp4/.m4a ).
d. The encrypted file cannot be played. Please try to play different
videos.
e. Try to connect a USB flash drive or computer and try again.
f. Try to connect external speakers or another AUX cable.
If you have tried all above and still no sound, please contact us for a
new replacement.

* The WiFi is not connecting, what should i do?

Firstly, please check the projector is in good situation. You can test
that via connecting it to Android/iOS device without using WiFi on

projector. In addition, this issue may is only related to WiFi network.
These tips for your reference:
a. Ensure the projector is within the Wi-Fi range (closer to the router),
and the Wi-Fi password is correct.
b. Reboot the router.
c. It would be better if you could test on another Wi-Fi.

* Why there is no response when i use the remote control?

Firstly, please prepare two AAA batteries yourself, as battery for the
remote control is not included.
Secondly, Please point it at the projector instead of the screen while
using. Remote control works with projector through IR. So it works
only when IR is in direct reaction distance and will be unresponsive if
the IR button is blocked or covered.
Thirdly, Please adjust the contrast, brightness, color, tint and sound
manually via our original remote control. Any other remote control
doesn’t work with our projector.
For example: If you connects this projector with TV Stick to play
Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+ Video, please use the remote
control of TV stick to switch between different channels, but use our
remote control to adjust volume of projector.

* Get an error when trying to play mp4 files. What file formats
does this support?
Our C12 wireless projector supports these video formats:
MPEG1, MPEG2, H.263, H.264, AVS, VC1, MJPEG, RV30, RV40,
HEVC/ .dat/.ts/.mp4/.mpg/.mpeg/.avi/.mkv/.mov/.wmv/.asf/.-
flv/.3gp./.3gpp/.tp/.trp. (Doesn't Support: MSVC/CRAM, MP42, GMC,
IV32, RLE, cvid, RV20, DivX, RM, RMVB, FLV, etc.)
If you can't play MP4 files, maybe because there is error in the files.
Please try to play different mp4 files or MKV files.
If you still cannot play MP4 files after trying the above solutions; Or if
you have any other problem, please don't hesitate to contact our
customer service.

* What should i do if no image appears?
a. Make sure the lens cover is open all the way.
b. Make sure all necessary cables are securely connected and the
power is on for the projector and connected video source.
c. Press the projector’s power button is to wake it from standby or
sleep mode.
d. Check if the connected computer is in sleep mode or displaying a
blank screen saver.
e. Adjust the brightness setting in the projector’s image menu.
f. The projector may not be able to project the copyrighted video you
are playing on your electronic device.
g. Contact our customer service for more help.

* What should i do if the projector fails to turn on?

a. Check the power cord leading from the projector to the socket is
securely connected and not loose at either end.
b. If it is failed to turn the projector on with remote control, please
check the batteries in the remote control set.
c. After confirm the power is turned on and the cables are secure,
you need to check whether the lamp is working or not.
d. Check whether your projector is overheated. Mostly, when the
projector get heated, its fail-safe kicks in and it shuts off automatical-
ly.
e. Check all the cables and parts of projector that are movable. If
any of them feels out of place to you, fix them firmly in their
respective slot.
f. Simply unplug the power cable from the electronic supply, wait for
few seconds, and plug it back in.
g. Press the power button on projector to wake it from standby or
sleep mode.
h. Solutions stated above work only if the projector does not have
some big hardware or power failures. Nonetheless, if all of them are
not applicable, the last resort is to call for the professional help.

* What should i do if there is dark spot/shadow on the
projected image?
a. Tap projector slightly to shake off the small spot which would be
caused by dust in installation or shaking during shipment.
b. Clean the lens with a clean non-woven/ cotton swab.
c. Please contact us to get the right ways to clean the dirt.

* What should i do if there is a line on the projected image?

a. Check the power cord leading from projector to the socket is
securely connected and not loose at either end.
b. Try another HDMI cable or USB cable.
c. Reset the projector. Go to Menu → Settings → Options →
Restore Factory Default to restore it to default settings.
d. If the projector is overheating, it will activate the built-in power-off
protection. Turn off the projector and restart the machine after
cooling.
e. If the projector still has a line after the above operation, please
contact our professional customer service to give you a new one.

* What should i do if the image flashes on and off?

a. Make sure the signal cable is securely connected.
b. Try another video input source, cable or device to crosscheck.
c. Online video may affect the smoothness of the streaming. Please
play some downloaded videos to see if there are still problems.
d. Check the power cord leading from projector to the socket is
securely connected and not loose at either end.
e. Check the current resolution and refresh rate set in the graphic
card or video source is compatible with projector.
f. Reset projector. Go to Menu → Settings → Options → Restore
Factory Default to restore it to default settings.

* What should I do if the projector turns off automatically?

Reset the projector. ( Go to Menu → Settings → Options → Restore
Factory Default Setting to restore it to the default settings.)

Frequently Asked Questions
How to zoom in/out the screen?
Projector supports 100%-75% scaling. (Go to Menu → Settings →
Options → Projection Direction Setting and adjust it to your desired
size ratio by using '<' or '>' on the remote control )

Is this a Bluetooth projector? Can it be connected to external

speaker for louder sound?
Yes, it is a Bluetooth 5.1 projector. You can connect the projector to
Bluetooth headsets/Bluetooth speakers/Bluetooth soundbars, and
other external Bluetooth devices. Just enjoy an immersive audio
visual feast anytime and anywhere.

* How to Avoid Audio Lag When Using Bluetooth Function

Bluetooth wireless connection takes more time to process digital
audio data, convert said data to an audio signal, and stream the
signal.
We recommend wired screen mirroring, HDMI connection, or USB
drive connection while hooking up to a External Bluetooth speaker.
To avoid interference, please move your Bluetooth device closer to
the projector, but keep away from other Bluetooth device.

* 2.4G & 5G WiFi is supported?

Yes, C12 Projector enables you to sync your smartphone screen via 2
.4G and 5G WiFi. Ultra-fast 5G WiFi provides you with faster and
more stable connection, smoother video streaming experience and
lag-free online gaming!

* Can this projector play Netflix or Disney +?

In the wireless screen mirroring mode, some copyrighted videos from
Netflix, Disney +, prime video or Hulu do not support public projection
due to copyright issues. However, you can watch these protected
videos as following instruction.

 Option 1: Use the HDMI cable (not included) to connect the

Option 2: Connect the projector to TV stick, Roku Stick, or Google

* Does this have the ability to adjust for keystone?

Of course! ±15° vertical Keystone correction makes it simple to
project ideally aligned images from a variety of locations.
Please kindly follow the steps to adjust projection:
a. Adjust the position of the projector so that it is facing the
projection screen or wall.
b. Adjust the keystone correction button on the projector so that the
projected screen is rectangular.
c. Scroll the focus wheel on the projector to make the image clear.

* Can you attach a battery to it or does it have to be plugged in

This projector doesn't have built-in rechargeable battery , it must be

kept plugged in when it is used. If any other question or concern,
please feel free to contact us.

* Can this item be mounted on the ceiling

This movie projector can be mounted on the ceiling. It also
supports tripod mount, table mount and wall mount.

* Does this projector make noise when it is working?

The projector adopts the latest cooling system based on the
advanced noise reduction technology, which has solved the
annoying problem of overheat and noise (reduce the fan noise to
40 dB, almost 90% less noisy than conventional projectors).
Note: To extend the service life of the projector, please turn it off
and rest after 2-3 hours of use.

How to keep a projector from lagging?
a. Well connected network environment
b. Keep the projector clean and dusted regularly.
c. Have only the required application open when streaming media.
d. Keep the projector in a ventilated area to avoid overheating the
projector and streaming device.
e. Make sure all cables are connected properly.
f. Avoid eating or drinking next to the projector. Electronic devices
don’t do well if they get wet.

* What can I do to improve the brightness of the projector?

a. Use in a relatively dark environment.
b. Use a high gain projector screen.
c. Reduce the size of the projected image.
d. Adjust the keystone correction on the projector to obtain a better
image.
e. Place the projector horizontally or vertically on a flat surface.
(Tilting at any angle may result in a blurry display or uneven colors.)
f. Adjust the brightness of the projector in the settings. ( Go to
Menu → Settings → Options(PICTURE) → Picture Mode →
Standard/ Dynamic/ Mild/ User; Go to Menu → Settings →
Options(PICTURE) → Color Temperature → Medium/ Cool/ Warm)

* Where is the dust from? How to properly clean it?

Source: Dirt and dust typically come from two sources: the oils and
contaminants on our hands and debris like skin cells and fabric
fibers floating in the air.
Cleaning Ways:
Use a manual lens blower to blow away any debris that has
gathered on the lens.
Use the lens brush/swab to brush the lens in a circular motion to
remove dust and debris.
Use the lens-cleaning paper to gently wipe the lens to remove dust
or Smudges.

* Does it connect seamlessly to a variety of devices?
The projector is equipped with a large number of inputs such as
HDMI, USB, AV and AUX ports, which allows it to connect to
devices including but not limited to iOS/Android smartphones,
laptops, tablets, TV sticks, Chromecast, DVD players,
PS3/PS4/PS5, external speakers.

Sicherheitshinweise
1. Blockieren Sie keine Lüftungsöffnungen. Um einen zuverlässigen
Betrieb des Projektors zu gewährleisten und ihn vor Überhitzung zu
schützen, wird empfohlen, den Projektor an einem Ort aufzustellen,
der die Belüftung nicht behindert. Stellen Sie den Projektor z. B.
nicht auf einen überfüllten Couchtisch, ein Sofa, ein Bett usw. Stellen
Sie den Projektor nicht in einem Gehäuse wie einem Bücherregal
oder einem Schrank auf, das die Luftzirkulation einschränkt. Lassen
Sie immer einen Mindestabstand von 30 cm um das Gerät herum,
um eine ausreichende Belüftung zu gewährleisten.

2. Verwenden Sie den Projektor nicht in der Nähe von Wasser oder
Feuchtigkeit. Lassen Sie keine Gegenstände oder Flüssigkeiten in

Störungsbeseitigung
* Was soll ich tun, wenn bei der Wiedergabe von Netflix-Videos
nur Ton, aber kein Bild zu sehen ist?
Keine Sorge, es handelt sich nicht um ein Geräteproblem. Aufgrund
von Urheberrechtsproblemen unterstützen einige urheberrechtlich
geschützte Videos wie Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video und Hulu keine
direkte Spiegelung auf Mobiltelefone/Tablets auf demselben
Bildschirm.
Sie können jedoch normal abgespielt werden, indem ein TV-Stick,
Roku-Stick oder Google Chromecast an den Projektor angeschlos-
sen oder ein Laptop über HDMI an den Projektor angeschlossen
wird.

* Warum gibt es beim Abspielen von Filmen keinen Ton?

Wenn der Projektor keinen Ton ausgibt, können Sie die folgenden
Vorschläge als Referenz verwenden.
a. Prüfen Sie, ob der Projektor oder das angeschlossene Gerät
stummgeschaltet ist.
b. Do1by-Sound wird nicht unterstützt. Bitte schalten Sie den
Dolby-Ton auf den angeschlossenen Geräten oder Anwendungen
aus ( Einstellung>Anzeige & Töne>Audio>Dolby Digital Output>Dol-
by Digital Plus ausschalten ).
c. Das Audioformat wird nicht unterstützt: Dolby AC3/AAC, DTS,
WMA, DivX, usw.
( Unterstützte Audioformate: MPEG1, MPEG2, LPCM, MP3,
.avi/.ts/.dat/.vob/.wav/mkv/.mp3/.mp4/.m4a ).
d. Die verschlüsselte Datei kann nicht abgespielt werden. Bitte
versuchen Sie, andere Videos abzuspielen.
e. Versuchen Sie, ein USB-Flash-Laufwerk oder einen Computer
anzuschließen, und versuchen Sie es erneut.
f. Versuchen Sie, externe Lautsprecher oder ein anderes AUX-Kabel
anzuschließen.
Wenn Sie alles oben genannte versucht haben und immer noch kein
Ton zu hören ist, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte für einen neuen Ersatz.

* Die WiFi-Verbindung wird nicht hergestellt, was soll ich tun?
Bitte überprüfen Sie zunächst, ob der Projektor in Ordnung ist. Sie
können dies testen, indem Sie ihn mit einem Android/iOS-Gerät
verbinden, ohne WiFi am Projektor zu verwenden. Darüber hinaus
kann dieses Problem nur mit dem WiFi-Netzwerk zusammenhän-
gen. Diese Tipps sollen Ihnen als Referenz dienen:
a. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Projektor innerhalb der
Wi-Fi-Reichweite befindet (näher am Router) und das Wi-Fi-Pass-
wort korrekt ist.
b. Starten Sie den Router neu.
c. Es wäre besser, wenn Sie den Test mit einem anderen Wi-Fi
durchführen könnten.

* Warum gibt es keine Reaktion, wenn ich die Fernbedienung

benutze?
Erstens: Legen Sie bitte selbst zwei AAA-Batterien bereit, da die
Batterien für die Fernbedienung nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten
sind.
Zweitens: Bitte richten Sie die Fernbedienung bei der Verwendung
auf den Projektor statt auf die Leinwand. Die Fernbedienung
funktioniert mit dem Projektor über IR. Es funktioniert also nur,
wenn sich der IR-Empfänger in direkter Reichweite befindet, es
reagiert nicht, wenn die IR-Taste blockiert oder verdeckt ist.
Drittens: Bitte stellen Sie Kontrast, Helligkeit, Farbe, Farbton und
Ton manuell über unsere Original-Fernbedienung ein. Alle anderen
Fernbedienungen funktionieren nicht mit unserem Projektor.
Zum Beispiel: Wenn Sie diesen Projektor mit einem TV-Stick
verbinden, um Netflix, Amazon Prime oder Disney+ Video
abzuspielen, verwenden Sie bitte die Fernbedienung des TV-Sticks,

* Was soll ich tun, wenn kein Bild vorhanden ist?

a. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Objektivabdeckung vollständig
geöffnet ist.
b. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle erforderlichen Kabel fest
angeschlossen sind und dass der Projektor und die angeschloss-
ene Videoquelle eingeschaltet sind.
c. Drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste des Projektors, um ihn aus dem
Standby-Modus oder Ruhezustand zu wecken.
d. Prüfen Sie, ob sich der angeschlossene Computer im Ruhezu-
stand befindet oder einen leeren Bildschirmschoner anzeigt.
e. Stellen Sie die Helligkeit im Bildmenü des Projektors ein.
f. Der Projektor ist möglicherweise nicht in der Lage, das
urheberrechtlich geschützte Video, das Sie auf Ihrem
elektronischen Gerät abspielen, zu projizieren.
g. Wenden Sie sich für weitere Hilfe an unseren Kundendienst.

* Was sollte ich tun, wenn sich der Projektor nicht einschalten
lässt?

c. Nachdem Sie sich vergewissert haben, dass der Projektor

Sie prüfen, ob die Lampe funktioniert oder nicht.
d. Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Projektor überhitzt ist. Wenn der Projektor
überhitzt ist, schaltet er sich in der Regel automatisch ab.
e. Überprüfen Sie alle Kabel und beweglichen Teile des Projektors.
Wenn sich eines davon für Sie fehl am Platz anfühlt, befestigen Sie
es fest in seinem jeweiligen Steckplatz.
f. Ziehen Sie einfach das Netzkabel aus der Steckdose, warten Sie

Was soll ich tun, wenn das projizierte Bild schwarze Flecken
oder Schatten aufweist?
a. Klopfen Sie leicht auf den Projektor, um den kleinen Fleck
abzuschütteln, der durch Staub bei der Installation oder Erschütter-
ungen während des Transports verursacht wurde.
b. Reinigen Sie das Objektiv mit einem sauberen Vlies/Wattestäb-
chen.
c. Wenden Sie sich bitte an uns, um die richtigen Methoden zur
Reinigung des Schmutzes zu erfahren.

Was sollte ich tun, wenn auf dem projizierten Bild eine Linie
zu sehen ist?

a. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Netzkabel, das vom Projektor
zur Steckdose führt, fest angeschlossen ist und sich nicht an einem
der Enden löst.
b. Versuchen Sie ein anderes HDMI-Kabel oder USB-Kabel.

* Was soll ich tun, wenn das Bild immer wieder aufblitzt?
a. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Signalkabel fest angeschlossen
ist.
b. Versuchen Sie es mit einer anderen Videoeingangsquelle, einem
anderen Kabel oder einem anderen Gerät, um dies zu überprüfen.
c. Online-Videos können den reibungslosen Ablauf des Streamings

Im drahtlosen Bildschirmspiegelungsmodus unterstützen einige

Instructions de sécurité
1. Ne bloquez pas les ouvertures de ventilation. Pour garantir un
fonctionnement fiable du projecteur et le protéger d'une surchauffe,
il est recommandé d'installer le projecteur dans un endroit qui ne
bloque pas la ventilation. Par exemple, ne placez pas le projecteur
sur une table basse encombrée, un canapé, un lit, etc. Ne placez
pas le projecteur dans une enceinte telle qu'une bibliothèque ou une
armoire qui restreint la circulation de l'air. Laissez toujours une
distance minimale de 10 cm autour de l'appareil pour assurer une FR
ventilation suffisante.

2. N'utilisez pas le projecteur à proximité d'eau ou d'humidité. Ne

laissez pas d'objets ou de liquides pénétrer dans le projecteur. Ils
pourraient toucher des points de tension dangereux et court-circuit-
er des pièces, ce qui pourrait provoquer un incendie ou un choc
électrique. L'appareil ne doit pas être exposé à des gouttes ou des
éclaboussures d'eau ou de liquides et aucun objet rempli de liquide,
tel qu'un vase à fleurs, ne doit être placé sur le produit. Nettoyez-le

3.N'installez pas l'appareil à proximité de sources de chaleur telles

Connexion au système iOS
1.Connectez votre appareil iOS au projecteur via un câble et un port
USB.

2.Lors de la première connexion, un avertissement s'affichera sur

votre appareil IOS. Veuillez cliquer sur " Trust " et saisir le mot de
passe correct.

Android se connectent au projecteur et à l'écran miroir via le WiFi.

 Recherche de pannes
* Que dois-je faire s'il n'y a que du son mais pas d'image lors
de la lecture de vidéos Netflix ?
Ne vous inquiétez pas, ce n'est pas un problème de machine,
Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu et certaines autres vidéos
protégées par des droits d'auteur ne prennent pas en charge la mise
en miroir directe sur le même écran sur les téléphones
mobiles/tablettes en raison de problèmes de droits d'auteur.
Cependant, elles peuvent être lues normalement en insérant une clé

TV, une clé Roku ou un Google Chromecast dans le projecteur, ou
en connectant un ordinateur portable via HDMI.

* Pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas de son lorsque vous regardez des films
?
Si aucun son ne provient du projecteur, les suggestions suivantes

a. Vérifiez et confirmez que le projecteur ou l'appareil connecté n'est

b. Le son Dolby n'est pas pris en charge. Veuillez désactiver le son
Dolby sur vos appareils ou applications connectés ( Setting>Display
& Sounds>Audio>Dolby Digital Output>Turn off Dolby Digital Plus ).
c. Le format audio n'est pas pris en charge : Dolby AC3/AAC, DTS,
WMA, DivX, etc.
( format audio pris en charge : MPEG1, MPEG2, LPCM, MP3,
.avi/.ts/.dat/.vob/.wav/mkv/.mp3/.mp4/.m4a ).
d. Le fichier crypté ne peut pas être lu. Veuillez essayer de lire
d'autres vidéos.
e. Essayez de connecter un lecteur flash USB ou un ordinateur et
réessayez.
f. Essayez de connecter des haut-parleurs externes ou un autre
câble AUX.

Notre projecteur sans fil C12 prend en charge les formats vidéo
suivants :
MPEG1, MPEG2, H.263, H.264, AVS, VC1, MJPEG, RV30, RV40,
HEVC/ .dat/.ts/.mp4/.mpg/.mpeg/.avi/.mkv/.mov/.wmv/.asf/.-
flv/.3gp./.3gpp/.tp/.trp. (Ne supporte pas : MSVC/CRAM, MP42,
GMC, IV32, RLE, cvid, RV20, DivX, RM, RMVB, FLV, etc.)
Si vous ne pouvez pas lire les fichiers MP4, c'est peut-être parce qu'il
FR y a une erreur dans les fichiers. Veuillez essayer de lire d'autres
fichiers MP4 ou MKV.
Si vous ne pouvez toujours pas lire les fichiers MP4 après avoir
essayé les solutions ci-dessus ; ou si vous avez un autre problème,

* Que dois-je faire si aucune image n'apparaît ?

a. Assurez-vous que le couvercle de l'objectif est ouvert à fond.
b. Assurez-vous que tous les câbles nécessaires sont bien connectés
et que le projecteur et la source vidéo connectée sont sous tension.
c. Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation du projecteur pour le faire
sortir du mode veille ou sommeil.

* Que dois-je faire si le projecteur ne s'allume pas ?

a. Vérifiez que le cordon d'alimentation reliant le projecteur à la prise
est bien branché et qu'il n'est pas desserré à l'une de ses extrémités.
b. Si vous n'arrivez pas à allumer le projecteur avec la

télécommande, vérifiez les piles de la télécommande.
c. Après avoir confirmé que le projecteur est allumé et que les
câbles sont bien fixés, vous devez vérifier si la lampe fonctionne ou
non.
d. Vérifiez si votre projecteur est en surchauffe. En général, lorsque
le projecteur chauffe, son système de sécurité se déclenche et il
s'éteint automatiquement.
e. Vérifiez tous les câbles et les parties mobiles du projecteur. Si
l'un d'entre eux ne vous semble pas à sa place, fixez-le fermement
dans son emplacement respectif. FR
f. Débranchez simplement le câble d'alimentation de l'alimentation
électronique, attendez quelques secondes, puis rebranchez-le.
g. Appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation du projecteur pour le faire
sortir du mode veille ou sommeil.

* Que dois-je faire s'il y a une tache sombre/une ombre sur

l'image projetée ?
a. Tapez légèrement sur le projecteur pour faire disparaître la petite
tache qui pourrait être causée par de la poussière lors de
l'installation ou des secousses pendant le transport.
b. Nettoyez l'objectif à l'aide d'un coton-tige non tissé propre.
c. Veuillez nous contacter pour obtenir les bonnes méthodes de
nettoyage de la saleté.

* Que dois-je faire s'il y a une ligne sur l'image projetée ?

a. Vérifiez que le cordon d'alimentation reliant le projecteur à la
prise de courant est bien connecté et qu'il n'est pas desserré à
l'une de ses extrémités.
b. Essayez un autre câble HDMI ou un autre câble USB.

 c. Réinitialisez le projecteur. Allez dans Menu → Paramètres →
Options → Restaurer les paramètres d'usine par défaut pour le
restaurer aux paramètres par défaut.
d. Si le projecteur est en surchauffe, il activera la protection
intégrée contre la mise hors tension. Éteignez le projecteur et
redémarrez la machine après refroidissement.
e. Si le projecteur a toujours une ligne après l'opération ci-dessus,

donner une nouvelle.

Le projecteur prend en charge une mise à l'échelle de 100 % à 75
%. (Allez dans Menu → Paramètres → Options → Réglage de la

utilisant '<' ou '>' sur la télécommande ).

S'agit-il d'un projecteur Bluetooth ? Peut-il être connecté à

un haut-parleur externe pour un son plus fort ?
Oui, il s'agit d'un projecteur Bluetooth 5.1. Vous pouvez connecter FR
le projecteur à des écouteurs Bluetooth, des haut-parleurs
Bluetooth, des barres de son Bluetooth et d'autres périphériques

 * Ce projecteur peut-il lire Netflix ou Disney + ?
En mode miroir d'écran sans fil, certaines vidéos protégées par des
droits d'auteur de Netflix, Disney +, Prime Video ou Hulu ne sont pas
compatibles avec la projection publique en raison de problèmes de
droits d'auteur. Cependant, vous pouvez regarder ces vidéos
protégées en suivant les instructions suivantes.
Option 1 : Utilisez le câble HDMI (non inclus) pour connecter le
projecteur à un appareil externe tel qu'un ordinateur portable et vous
pourrez lire des vidéos ou des films à partir de tous les sites vidéo
FR ci-dessus.
Option 2 : Connectez le projecteur à une clé TV, une clé Roku ou un
Google Chromecast (non inclus) et lisez toutes sortes de vidéos
(Remarque : vous devez sélectionner HDMI comme source d'entrée
dans le projecteur).

* Est-il possible de corriger la distorsion trapézoïdale ?

Bien sûr ! La correction verticale de ±15° de la distorsion
trapézoïdale permet de projeter facilement des images idéalement
alignées à partir de différents endroits.
Veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes pour régler la projection :
a. Réglez la position du projecteur de manière à ce qu'il soit face à
l'écran de projection ou au mur.
b. Réglez le bouton de correction de la distorsion trapézoïdale sur le
projecteur de sorte que l'écran projeté soit rectangulaire.
c. Faites défiler la molette de mise au point du projecteur pour que
l'image soit claire.

* Peut-on y attacher une batterie ou doit-il être branché ?

Ce projecteur n'a pas de batterie rechargeable intégrée , il doit être
maintenu branché lorsqu'il est utilisé. Pour toute autre question ou

* Comment éviter qu'un projecteur ne soit en retard ?

a. Un environnement réseau bien connecté

c. N'ouvrez que l'application requise lorsque vous diffusez des

d. Gardez le projecteur dans une zone ventilée pour éviter la
surchauffe du projecteur et du dispositif de streaming.

e. Placez le projecteur horizontalement ou verticalement sur une

* D'où vient la poussière ? Comment la nettoyer correctement ?

Source : La saleté et la poussière proviennent généralement de
deux sources : les huiles et les contaminants sur nos mains et les
débris comme les cellules de la peau et les fibres de tissu qui
FR flottent dans l'air.
Méthodes de nettoyage :
Utilisez un souffleur d'objectif manuel pour souffler tous les débris
qui se sont accumulés sur l'objectif.
Utilisez la brosse à lentille/la limande pour brosser la lentille dans un
mouvement circulaire afin d'éliminer la poussière et les débris.
Utilisez le papier de nettoyage de l'objectif pour essuyer délicate-
ment l'objectif afin de retirer la poussière ou les taches.
