If the captive portal function is enabled whenever the computer is connected to the box but no internet
session is launched the browser will direct to xchange.box anytime a webpage is intended to open. It
does not apply in case of machine account since those have continuous internet session.

page.

Events shows device switching, synchronization, software upgrade, allowance alert, and some more
information.
Hot Actions serves you as a collection of links to most frequent tasks. You

vouchers. Numbers in top-right corner indicate if new user, credit top-up
or voucher is supposed to be handled.
Overall Traffic displays data, voice, VoIP, and VideoTalk consumption on daily and monthly basis.
The XChange Box makes it possible to switch manually from one to another terminal. You can activate
or deactivate available terminals. All data, VoIP and voice communication are carried out the activated
device if it is enabled for the given user group.
Three switching options can be available: manual, fully automatic and semi-automatic.
Manual switch means the captain needs to switch device if the previously used one is down.
In case of fully automatic the system automatically switched to the available device with highest
priority.
Semi-automatic enforces usage of primary terminal unless outage occurs; if primary terminal is not
available, captain may switch to secondary one.
Click once on the ‘On/Off’ button next to the name of the terminal.
The page is then refreshed and the terminal status changes to ‘Activated’ after a few seconds.
Green lines indicate available terminals, the one with moving stripes is the active one.
The page is then refreshed and the terminal status changes to ‘dectivated’ after a few seconds
while the other one gets available.
You may activate the deactivated terminal by clicking on the ‘On/Off’ button again.
