Quotation CATIA For PT Trix Indonesia 04-12-23rev
We would like to thank you for your interest to our Dassault Systemes CATIA software, and as the follow up
to our conversations regarding your company’s plan to purchase Dassault Systemes CATIA software,
herewith we would like to quote our revised price with the terms and condition as follows:
1. All prices are subject to VAT 11% from its unit price and prices are valid for Purchase Order (PO)
received latest by 20th December 2023.
2. Delivery time for software: maximum 2 (two) weeks after receipt of Purchase Order (P/O) and
Down Payment from Customer.
3. Terms of payments:
➢ 50% of total price, includes VAT 11%, should be paid within 1 (one) week after receipt of
Purchase Order (P/O) from Customer and our relevant invoice(s).
➢ 50% of total price, includes VAT 11%, should be paid within 1 (one) week after delivery of the
purchased software and receipt of our relevant invoice(s).
4. Maintenance: 12 months for the Dassault Systemes CATIA software, starting from the order
loading date. During the maintenance period, Customer will get in free of charge: technical
support, new release / update (if any), and problem solving in operating the purchased Dassault
Systemes CATIA software. After the expiration period of the warranty, subsequent services will be
provided only through annual maintenance contract agreement.
If the Customer pays renewal maintenance (license is maintained), then the Customer will get the
new Catia license which will be valid for the subsequent one year or until the expiration date of the
next annual maintenance period (license is issued on annual basis).
If the Customer does not pay renewal maintenance, then the permanent license will be generated
and delivered to the Customer ONLY if the Customer requests for permanent license (if there is no
request from Customer, Dassault Systemes would not issue permanent license) and signs the
Termination Of Support (TOS) form.
Basically, if the Customer does not pay the second year and subsequent year(s) annual
maintenance, then the software can still be used, but the Customer will not get: technical support,
problem solving and subsequent releases (updates) from PT Citrathirza Anugerahjaya or Dassault
Systemes. For the Customers who don't pay maintenance fee after the expiration date of the
previous maintenance, whenever they want to pay / renew maintenance, then the Customers will
be charged by elapsed months x applicable monthly maintenance charge + reinstatement fee + one
year forward maintenance.
Customer may terminate Support Services for a Licensed Program, subject to the following
conditions: (i) Customer provides Dassault Systemes / PT Citrathirza Anugerahjaya with at least
thirty (30) days prior notice, and (ii) such termination shall apply to Support Services covering all
licenses of the said Licensed Program held by Customer. This requires simultaneous termination of
support for all licenses of a common product (e.g., all CAT in customer’s installed base).
