In the current dynamic and highly competitive business industry, effective inventory
management plays a vital role in achieving success. Irrespective of the company's size,
maintaining an accurate and well-structured inventory system is crucial for operational
efficiency and financial prosperity. The "Big Brew Inventory and Ordering System"
emerges as a pivotal tool that has the potential to innovate inventory management for
Big Brew. Recognizing the urgent need for an efficient inventory and ordering
management system, Big Brew approved the proposed project development of the 'Big
Brew Inventory and Ordering System .This system intends to offer a more efficient
alternative to manual inventory and order processing. Through automation and
optimization, it simplifies the inventory and order management processes, making it
faster and more accurate than manual methods.
The Big Brew Inventory and Ordering System project has set out to transform the way
Big Brew manages inventory and handles sales. Its primary goals include boosting
operational efficiency, increasing accessibility, and promoting transparency within the
business. This comprehensive system offers a range of features, including real-time

Problem Statement
The current challenges face by Big Brew include the following: Firstly, it involves the
intricate programming required for the system by our developers. Secondly, the current
reliance on a manual inventory system utilized by the store presents a significant barrier
that needs to be addressed.
Project Objective
The primary aim of this project is to develop a web-based inventory and ordering
system that will significantly enhance the store owner's daily sales operations.
